Amazing service!!! Fast, easy, and affordable. Friendly and helpful employees. We went to Enterprise on time ready to pick up our Ford Explorer rental that we reserved and left with a Mustang Convertible for a cheaper rate! This made our trip to Chicago that much more awesome, and we were highly satisfied with our vehicle and the service! Highly recommended and I will continue to use Enterprise!

The customer service at Ohare was outstanding. Very friendly and supportive. There was only one compact left on the lot when I was there and I was in a hurry, so I had no choice but to accept the car. The car smelt like an ashtray. The car was extremely slow, there were several times I was afraid someone was going to hit me because it would not accelerate fast enough. I would highly recommend Enterprise stop purchasing those Chevy Beat's. Literally the worst car I have ever driven.

The rental car that was offered had issues with car charging points & was showing a flat tyre indication at the end of the rental.

The customer service person who attended, seemed to acknowledge the problem & discounted some amount off the final invoice.

What i could not understand is that how do they rent cars with such nagging issues. I was on a long drive off Chicago & without car charging points, it was quite challenging.

This is the second time in less than a month, i have faced such challenge renting cars with Enterprise from two different locations. I understand they are growing fleet company renting cars, but it cannot be at dissatisfied customer. I have been an Enterprise Plus customer for about few years & feel that this is not one of my best experiences..

got caught at O'Hare with delayed flights due to weather and only live 1 1/2-2 hours drive away. Coming back from Italy so we were already exhausted. Enterprise staff went above and beyond as we had limited funds (hadn't brought all credit/debit cards with) and they had limited vehicles. They got us home safe and sound and ended up being home over two hours before the scheduled flight even took off! Thanks Enterprise! Especially Jenna? (only female there that night 7/13?) and the manager....will use again for sure!

We choose Enterprise,however w/most recent rental,O'Hare,there were problems,including a malfunctioning vehicle which had to be towed. Young daughter and I traveling alone. Almost 2 hours for tow, grateful he came, but without replacement vehicle. Made our own arrangements for travel and ride back to airport next day, rather than wait for iffy delivery of 2nd vehicle.Appreciated honesty of tow driver,CS rep. relaying- "this happens a lot, vehicles malfunctioning, not serviced regularly, or previous customer not reporting problems w/veh." Charges were deleted for this 2 day rental. TY. However, CS rep Mary Ellen promised to personally handle a 2 day cost credit toward our next rental, for all the trouble. Next rental in 3 DAYS! Can't get a hold of her or anyone from Enterprise-I have called,left msgs.,Has not been handled as promised.Hoping next vehicle is in good repair,safe to drive. Am expecting the courtesy 2 days free rental, but it should have been handled already, as promised...

Love Enterprise when I travel thru Midway but will never use them again at O'Hare I waited over 20 minutes for shuttle while every few minutes the competitors shuttle kept coming. Upon arriving to rental office didn't have car I was supposed to get got a Volkswagen beetle with no ability to plug in phone passenger door broke no one could give me directions to get on 1-90 told to use gps I wrote them a letter and never got a response there were many other issues but im sure you get the point

Enterprise service was flawless and I got to take advantage of a perk reward for a free upgrade. They were washing cars when I arrived, so I lucked into a double upgrade. They explain everything clearly and are very kind. Return was simple and efficient. We were at our gate two hours early, which at O'Hare is often a miracle.

The service was prompt and courteous. When there was a mixup on my bill, the service person corrected the bill in my favor and saved me half on the charge for the car. Everyone was very cooperative and friendly. The only downside was that they didn't have the specific type of car that I reserved. But the car I received was fine.

Worst customer service from Manager, John. He attempted to charge my card for the total amount of $430 to rent the vehicle. It showed " declined " So I went in my bank App to see what the problem was because I know I had the funds, sure enough my bank app showed a pending charge of $430 from Enterprise. So I showed John the charge in my account that he made. He looked at it and he said "I didn't charge your card. It shows declined. I can't do anything. it's not showing in my system I can't do anything. " even after the fact that I showed him proof that he took my money he said there's nothing he can do. This is not customer service. You don't just tell your customers theres NOTHING you can do. Absolutely unprofessional and very rude. He does not deserve to have Manager Title. Hell no.

Arrived at O'Hare and had to wait longer than usual for pick up. About 15-20 minutes. When I arrived at the rental center I Just mentioned in passing. They were concerned for me and since my size car was not ready, they upgraded me for free to get me going. I actually received a call from the manager who apologized again. This is what customer service is about. Very Good Job Enterprise!
