Not the WOW experience that I've had with Enterprise before! Service not as warm as I've seen before, and the clerk actually lied to me about the price of gas in the Chicago area, which caused me to buy the tank of gas. When I called to complain the person on the phone tried to excuse this discrepancy by telling me the price they charge includes tax. Duh, so does the price on the pump. Even the shuttle that picked me up almost left me because he didn't look around for customers after dropping off other customers. Altogether, not what I expected from Enterprise.

The car was fine,I would have liked to have been shown how the car works. The representative just drove up with the car and left. I had to figure out how everything work. On some of the newer cars it can be confusing.

Great experience w/ Enterprise, which has been true for years, both at home (in New Haven) and when visiting in Illinois. Tisha at the Schilling Road facility was terrific in getting me into the car I wanted, and took a real personal interest. I didn't catch the attendant's name on the return, but I told him about a misunderstanding on a charge for a toll pass, and he took care of it literally before I got out of the car. The prices are always great, but it's the people who make me loyal to Enterprise.

The Ford Fusion Hybrid is a nice little car and as usual Enterprise has a person go over the vehicle with the renter. Unfortunately he did not know the car and we had not driven one before. We asked if it had an Aux cord so we could use an iPod, he said, oh yes! It does not and the audio system is very complicated and not well covered in the car's operator manual. After a couple calls to Ford Customer Service we got the surprisingly simple answer that involves pushing a steering wheel button and giving a specific verbal command. Viola, it works nicely, much safer than trying to to listen with the driver and passenger leaning together to share the iPod speaker or headphones. I still wonder why the passenger can't just do it with the touch screen when the vehicle is stopped.

my car that I rented on October 4 from O'Hare, had bad points:
*+the trunk open on the keyring didn't work
*+there was a whiring noise from the back L tire that we couln't open the window
*+the setting to see how many miles left before empty and mpg didn't work, that I could see.

Maybe you will pay for my small fines that I have from the toll booths that didn't have an operator on duty. I was ill and traveling so I wasn't aware that I only had 7 days, or I had forgotten about them due to other stress. Be kind and help me please

After my flight landed and a 2 hour nightmare with Dollar, I went to Enterprise. My children and I were greeted with warmth & professionalism. MJ went above and beyond to make sure that my children and I were completely satisfied with our car rental experience. He even apologized for the craziness we experienced at Dollar. Thank you MJ and everyone at Enterprise at O'Hare!!!

The car I rented was supposed to be non-smoking car. Clearly the car had a smoker in it and the response from service team was we'll have it detailed when you return it. No other cars were available for me for that date an alternative. Unacceptable!

Very courteous employees- from the shuttle driver to counter staff and return staff. Considering this locations serves a major airport, checking in did not take long. Will definitely go back .

I had insurance coverage through my company and told the person helping me that I would be waiving any coverage through Enterprise.

When the person was going through the iPad info and having me initial the pages, he said, "And initial here to acknowledge you are waiving coverage."

However, when I got my receipt after turning my car in, I found that I had been charged for $200 worth of insurance coverage. I realize it's in writing that I apparently initialed for coverage, but when the employee tells me twice he is waiving the coverage and then quickly has me initial on the iPad, I would hope I can trust what he says and not have to worry about being charged.

While the agent was great with her customer service, I did not like arriving and finding hidden fees at the last minute..price was higher than my confirmation email, I think you should be upfront with ALL the fees..I will not rent from this location again.

Great experience!!! I ended up having to extend my reservation due to a death in the family and the customer service team and the staff at the airport location truly went above and beyond. I can not thank you all enough and I don't think I will ever use one of your competitors again based on the high level of service I received with this reservation. I am a true raving fan.

I want to especially point out that the shuttle service was excellent as well. We had a large amount of bags as well as a small child and not only did the driver help with each Bag he dropped us of right at the door of our airline JetBlue, whereas in the past one of your competitors who seems to only stop at one location at terminal 3 had us walking a far distance.

I had a couple of issues. First the bus driver from the airport dropped my laptop and cracked the screen and keyboard casing. We reported the situation and are waiting actions. The car we rented seemed great, however, the GPS system we also got died almost immediately. We checked out the charging circuit by trying to charge a phone and it appears there may have been something wrong with the vehicle's charging ports and/or the GPS itself.

The good thing is the site manager took care of the situation with the GPS and removed it from the charges. She (Patty) was as helpful as she could have been with the laptop issue, but that was really out of her hands.

Shuttle drivers friendly and helpful-shuttle clean and well air conditioned. Facility clean, customer service personnel well informed, helpful and pleasant. Car in excellent condition inside and out - I couldn't have had a better unless they had sent somebody to drive for me!!

This is always a great location to rent from. I have rented cars from here on multiple occasions. The first time, I was under 25 and only had a debit card. They did not turn me away.
All of the staff here are helpful and nice. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling into or from Ohare.
