My relation with Best Price Moving & Storage was brilliant from day one. They have a very friendly and helpful office staff. Survey and quote to move were conducted and supplied at lightning speed. Come the day of our move, the moving crew that moved us couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. They even helped our new elderly neighbor move her spare bed in readiness for an overseas visitor. The company is clearly dedicated and committed to giving the customer a good service. Also great to find nothing lost or broken. I can’t thank them enough for the job these movers did for me.

After getting several quotes for my upcoming relocation I narrowed it down to Best Price Moving & Storage. Picking the right mover can be hit or miss and I am glad I picked the right movers. The movers were on time and the ease with which they handled my fragile stuff was quite commendable. I was so worried about having damages but there were none. The price came in lower than two other quotes I got and there were no surprises or unforeseen overage. The crew and my sales rep were great from start to finish so here is an extra pat on your backs. I really thank them for providing me the great service at an affordable price.

The movers showed up without tools to dis-assemble furniture...beds, etc. The truck was too small and my house was an average 3-bdrm size (2300 ft sq) but they got the job done

Everything was done very good and quick. No hidden fees. Nothing was broken or damaged. I am very satisfied with their work.

Best price moving helped me move the contents of my apartment to a storage unit. They were incredibly helpful - the movers were really nice guys that were very careful with my belongings and the unit. They were also very open to me helping move the process along. Thanks guys!

Had a multi stop move -from retirement home to storage to a long term care home. Best Price was fast, efficient and on budget. They took remarkable care protecting and moving the furniture and were sensitive and polite when dealing with the residents in both places. I recommend them highly

I received the worst service I have ever had from this company. I honestly don’t think they care about all the complaints that they receive anyway. This is my entire ordeal of my experience below:

The Sales Rep- Ben Jones made false promises. First he told us that the price will not change but it did once they picked up our furniture. Second he guaranteed a moving date and time frame which was nowhere near accurate (we didn’t get our furniture until 3 weeks later).

Ok 3 weeks later, we got a call from the driver saying our furniture was here which was around 12:00pm. Good thing it was a weekend so it wasn’t that bad. First of all the there was only one delivery person and he came in a semi-truck. Mind you I did tell Ben (Sales rep) earlier on that we stay in an apartment complex so a Semi will be an issue for delivery. So of course the semi was too big and didn’t fit. So the driver gave us two options 1: he could get a 15 foot u haul and move everything for an additional $450 or option 2: we can pick up and pay for a u haul ourselves. Of course we picked option 2. Mind you this was all happening in the same day.

Once we returned with the u haul the driver transferred the furniture on to the u haul, it wasn’t big enough so we had to put some things in our vehicle and then told us we had to move the furniture into our house by ourselves!!! That was not in the contract or mentioned during the closing of the sale. We were told they will deliver, move and set up everything that we needed. They were very deceitful. They knew the semi wouldn’t fit and they only sent one person, so they already knew what was going to happen.

So of course we had to pay the driver to get our furniture. My husband, daughter and I had to do all the moving ourselves. We were very upset! I just had shoulder surgery and wasn’t suppose to do any heavy lifting but what were we suppose to do at such a short notice. By the time we were done it was 5:00pm and we were not prepared for our time to be used like this and some appointments that we had had to be reschedule.

Awful company, poor customer service and dishonest, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. AVOID THEM!!!

Joey from Best Price Moving & Storage gave me as my family and I moved from condo to house. We had a lot of FRAGILE items which were quickly & expertly wrapped with no damage! I just wanted to send a thanks for a very smooth move this morning. The two guys Grant and Pete were great. They took good care with my mothers' belongings and were very patient as we readjusted furniture and rooms where things should go etc. etc. on this end. They were all done in 3 1/2 hours. Our move went very smoothly. The guys worked really hard and our move only took 4 hours to pack our items and load onto the truck. We really appreciated that they handled all of our items with care…we only had one small item damaged and it was probably because of the way we had it packed in the box.. We would definitely recommend Best Price Moving & Storage to our friends and family. Please thank the guys for their hard work…they did a great job.

With a name like Best Price Moving & Storage you gotta think that they must have good service. The guys were friendly and super fast, we did an entire house move (with the help of my brother) in a morning, and the cost was a lot less than anyone else was quoting. The movers were very efficient on both pick up and delivery, they wrapped all non-fragile items and blankets- which really protected the items well. Would definitely use again!

My wife and I used Best Price Moving & Storage for both packing and moving. It was - no exaggeration - the easiest move of my life. The guys showed up on time, they were polite, they worked hard, they respected our belongings. I like to enjoy myself, so I cracked some jokes with the guys and they played along. In the end, everything got in, on time, in the right room, with no damage. My wife and I had the first stress free move of our lives. I wouldn't move again without calling these guys

Every single thing they have done was perfect! On time and very cautious. Moved many places and used many many companies. This one was exceptional! I didn't have to worry about anything. They were very polite and very good.

I had a very positive experience working with best price on my recent move. Telephone service and emails were handled promptly. From pricing, to pick-up to delivery, every step of the way was handled professionally. Both the pick-up crew and the drop-off crew were very careful to ensure our household goods were loaded and unloaded without incident.

I highly recommend Best Price Moving and Storage. I had many small items that required more trips into the house from the truck but the team was upbeat and friendly throught the move. I was quoted a flat rate and this is the price I paid, regardless that the move took longer than I anticipated. The rates are very reasonable, and a flat rate helps to keep on budget. The team are professional, strong and capable. Would definitely use again!
