It's easy to reach AGA team via email, I just indicated the part numbers of the required parts and got the prices fast. The communication is great, prices are reasonable.

Sometimes I buy JD parts here. It's possible to save some good money on repairs with AGA if you order aftermarket parts. It has no influence on machine performance. I prefer to buy high quality aftermarket parts at competitive prices.

If you own CAT machines AGA parts should be in your contact list. Managers know their stuff and the company itself provides reasonable prices and prompt delivery.

In my experience, AGA provided an excellent service via email. They provided all the quotes on the parts I required. However, it turned out I needed a lot more parts to rebuild my gearbox than I initially thought, so I opted for a complete rebuilt unit instead. I would not hesitate to recommend AGA to anyone and I would definitely do business with them again.
