Everything is good, except for the delivery time - that's worth acknowledging. You have great potential as a supplier, but 15 days to deliver an order is quite lengthy. I believe many people would share my view. I didn't wait; I wasn't content with the timeframe.

I know AGA since May of 2020 when I contacted them for the first time. My company does repairs on MTU and Waukesha gen sets. I am glad I found them. COVID hit a big chunk of our suppliers and shut their companies down. I had no choice but to find a way around this whole situation to stay afloat.
As the scope of our job demands precise delivery terms there was no time to wait any longer. We decided to go ahead with our sample order. Surprisingly, we got our parts even faster than we expected, the customer is happy, and the gen set is up and running. As for the price and the overall level of professionalism these guys are the best. Now it's one of our top suppliers no questions asked.

In the past AGA website had estimated pricing. For some reason the prices were removed. It was convenient and I'm sure many customers will agree
