very pleased, fast, would came again

Perfect for kids! It was quick and easy to make an appointment for my two sons. I was seen on time and the staff was polite and professional. Love the kids play area. I look forward to the follow up visits!

I was very please with how fast they got my two girls in and out. i also come to to get dental work so it wasnt a surprise. obverall it was good service TODAY

I was in horrible pain and came in at 8:30 to be the first one seen for an urgent appt they offered. when i arrived there was no one in there so i registered and took a seat. once 9am came there was other people coming in but by now i was only waiting 30 mins in pain but i really needed to be seen. They did not call me to get xrays until almost 11 and by that time i was crying in the waiting area from the amount of pain i was in. After my xray they put me in a room and ii watched people who came in after me get to see the dentist first. once the dentist did come in it was until around 11:45 and she spent less than five minutes with me.

I really enjoy the atmosphere. It's peaceful and the kids look forward to coming. It's very kid-friendly. the staff are cooperative, patient, understanding, and work in a timely manner

I took my son to day get his 6 month check-up and cleaning today at KOOL SMILES PATTERSON and the customer service was great, the were very polite. All the staff seemd to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had a freat experience here and this is even were I come to the dentist myself. No compliants ... Thanks KOOL SMILES STAFF PATTERSON !!!

Staff was very knowledgable and informative.

The customer service was anything but premium care... The hygienist in the back joked about while using utensils in my child's mouth. I was appalled. No sense of health care professionalism throughout the establishment. Even the manager walked about unaware and unconcerned with the image they represented.

No Stars are certainly in order for this company!!! If I could give kool smiles a NEGATIVE it would be -100!!!!! Absolute terrible service that begins with the front service staff to the management!!! Unprofessional!!!! Poor administrative services!!!! Waited 2.5 hours to have my name called and find out they couldn't see me, because they could verify my dental insurance!!! The same insurance I had 6 months prior within the same year!!!!! Then today I received a bill for service I never received, seems as though they have some accounting issues also!!!! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!! They don't even deserve the one star you have to give them to post this crap!!!

As always the customer service here suck. The girls at the front desk are so unprofessional and nasty it makes the whole visit uncomfortable!!
