My experience at Kool smiles was awesome the dentist were great and Shannon the Dental Hygienist did a great gob

I had a terrible experience the receptionist team give incorrect information and do not have you fill out the correct forms. The dentist and the medical assistant was great but they need to have a better team with the office workers .

I love bring my child to kool smiles Patterson the nurses are very nice and professional so are the dentist.. They make everything so comfortable for my little angel..thanks kool smiles...Mrs McDonald..

Today it was my first time getting a cleaning done at Kool Smiles on Patterson Avenue. The lady who did my cleaning did a good job but honestly I did not enjoy my experience at Kool Smiles today. I had a hard time finding somewhere to park and I waited in a very crowded waiting area for over a hour even though I made an appointment. The staff was friendly but they move very slow. I felt like I didn't have any privacy getting my teeth cleaned because the area where they clean people's teeth is open so the staff is around and all of the other patients are around. I prefer to get my teeth cleaned in a private room instead of being in front of a group of people.

The dental assistant Jarel Miles was very courteous and went the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable during her dental visit.

Like any dental work it's painful, but the staff is very nice and professional . My second visit there and I would go back.

I absolutely loveeeee KOOLSMILES...My sons been going there since they were kids...The staff are very pleasing n welcoming...Kodus to Latrice one of the staff at the patterson site she very pleasant and good with the patients...if u want to send your child(ren) to any denist KOOL SMILES IS THE RIGHT CHOICE!!!

The staff is very nice and and respectful. The hygienist ed very sweet as well as knowledgeable of their field. My teeth cleaning was very thorough abd I will be coming back again.

Don't waste your time this place is horrible. Not kid friendly staff.

My three sons have been getting their teeth cleaned at Kool Smiles for about 6 years now, and I can truly say that they love getting their teeth clean at Kool Smiles at the Patterson location.

The front desk receptionist Julia is the rudest person I have ever met. She is unfriendly and her attitude is just nasty. I have had problems with her before and I have had enough. I bring my 3 kids here but we're going to find another dentist because this office is ridiculous.

The Staff is very friendly and professional. The office is clean, has free wifi and a play area for the kids. Their service is very quick and effective . I love this location!!!!

Great Dental services. they have great ortho service here as well. I have been coming here for years now along with other family memebers.They keep me up to date by email, text, and phone calls which i find to be great being that i am a college student. I would recomment kool smiles at this location to anyone.

My kids have been patients of Kool Smiles for some years and my experience with bringing them have been a wonderful one. I love the staff because everytime we come into the office they are very professional and treats my kids very well. I especially would like to thank the dental assistant Latrice and the floor leader Brian who always give my kids the service that they deserve. Kools Smiles are the best I wouldn't go to any other place.

I have been patient at Kool smiles for years. I love the team work and high dental quality care that they provide. I have had my teeth cleaned, got my cavities filled , and teeth extractions at this office. The whole staff was very professional. I was pleased with the service and I will be going back there for my routin check up and all my treatments.
