Top notch company. Old Fashion, Customer oriented people. Every person I spoke with made me feel like they were my neighbor. Fair, honest pricing. This was my first year with Palmer, switching from another Energy Company, I will be with them for years to come.

From getting everything up and running, to continuous service throughout the year without any issues, delays or even having the need to call them for a refill. I have been a customer of Palmer Gas since purchasing my home 6 years ago. I am a propane customer and their automatic delivery makes it easy for me to not worry about running low or out of heat. If I ever need their help with anything, Palmer Gas has amazing customer service that is easy to work with. The delivery people are great and never missed a beat….even during the winter of 2014! I was ill during a few of those crazy storms and even though I didn’t shovel…they were able to trudge through the feet of snow and deliver. I will always be a loyal customer.

I remember Bill's Dad (Charles) who delivered oil at this home of 15 Westwood Road for many years. Since I have taken over residence in this home (1990) I have been extremely pleased with Palmer Gas. We have been with Palmer Gas for over a year now. They are excellent! The service men have been very friendly and helpful and the customer service is outstanding. Always very pleasant!

Palmer Gas has been our propane provider and furnace/water heater service provider for over 10 years between two different homes. The delivery drivers and furnace techs are punctual and friendly. Their service is top notch with heating systems including excellent safety standards. They are always willing to educate their customers as well, going the extra mile wherever they can. Their customer service department is off the chart: responsive, knowledgeable and personable. We also find them fair and reasonable on product and service pricing giving customers many options for better pricing deals and discounts.

We've done a lot of business with Palmer Gas since we moved in to our new house. They were always helpful, friendly and efficient. We'll keep useing them for a long time!

We became customers a few years ago when our small "home town" company merged with PG&O. We were a little apprehensive that we would be loosing the "family feel" that we had with our small company. Not to worry, PG&O has provided the same professional, polite, prompt and personal service that we had grown accustomed to. Thank you PG&O :)

We have had Palmer for 1 year now since we moved into our home. When we signed up we got a referral credit which lasted us a few months! They came out promptly to inspect our home. We are on automatically delivery and have never run out of propane. Thanks Palmer!

Not a customer service oriented company. Rude collection tactics. They will not help u if u have trouble with a high bill. Won't let u do payments unless u sign up for their prepayment plan which is also very high!
