I have used Palmer Gas & Oil since 2015 when I purchased my new home. They have always been, professional, friendly, curtious and always helpful with any questions I have had. Super easy to deal with and always on time!

Our family has been a customer of Palmer Gas & Oil for several years and intend to stay a customer for many years to come. We love that it is a family owned business and their focus on customer service is always a priority. We are on automatic delivery and have never run out of fuel oil. High praise to Palmer and its employees!

Been a customer for over 15 years and they have never let us down. The drivers are courteous and friendly. Customer service is always ready to help. Even when we moved and our builder put in a new tank from a competitor, we insisted they change it to Palmer Gas (and they did).

Awesome service, on time deliveries, and competitive prices. I 'm sure if I shopped around with each individual supplier before each time I order I may find a lower price now and then, but with Palmer's quality of service, it's not worth the hassle. They've earned a customer for many years to come.

Palmer gas has been excellent and by far the best experience I’ve had with an oil/propane company. When I first moved into my house, it was the middle of winter and I had only been left with 10 gallons of fuel by the previous owners. Palmer had a technician make a trip to my house that night with a couple containers of fuel to make sure we made it through. I would absolutely recommend them!

Quick response when called for emergency fill up. Delivery of propane within a couple hours , delivery person always friendly.

Palmer is a no-worries oil.

I got them (not my choice) when I rented ten years ago. I was a bit begrudging because they were always 3-4 cents more. But I also NEVER had to worry. My landlord and his family (and myself) were the only ones in the area who had fuel during a nasty storm. I quickly considered the extra money I had spent assurance that this would never happen to myself and my dog.

Because of the referral bonus, I decided to use them when I purchased a house 5 years ago. It's been absolutely the same. I just don't have to worry. They come and fill up. There have been 2 prolonged storms and I have neighbors who wind up cold...but never me. Their service has also been really awesome when it comes to maintaining my furnace.

We have our propane services through Palmer Gas & Oil for the past 3 years and never had a single complaint. On the contrary, they have always provided prompt service, they automatically refill our tanks and leave us a slip on our door and also email us an electronic receipt. We have won Ski Lift tickets from their ongoing raffles and they even have a fun filled customer appreciation event every year that our family loves to attend. They have always been amazing but suprisingly today after 3 years of service was the first time we ever met someone from the company, because we usually can get them right away on the phone (Best part no automated voice command system, you don't have to talk to a machine - you get a representative right away!) and they service our tanks throughout the day when we are at work. We needed to have our tanks moved and today the nicest service technician I've ever met by the name of Rick came to our home and moved our tanks free of charge. Meeting Rick really made me want to take a moment to acknowledge what an amazing company Palmer Gas is from their customer phone representatives, to their technicians, to all the wonderful things they do for their clients. We’ve been using Palmer Gas for about ten years now, and are very happy with their service. They installed our propane system for both our gas fireplace, and whole house generator. Their salesman, Steve, was super helpful through the whole process. It’s always enjoyable to do business with a very family owned and oriented business. They have a convenient location for help should the phone lines/Internet ever be down during an extended power outage.

We have been using Palmer for our propane delivery as well as our furnace service. They are great to work with, the automatic delivery and discount for early payment are great benefits. The service department is quick and efficient.

Palmer has been great for us. We use them for both oil and propane and they are prompt, friendly, easy to work with, and have great pricing. We have tried other oil services previously, and Palmer is the best.

Exceeded my expectations. The salesperson was knowledgable, courtious, and showed up on time. The service department, kept me informed, and showed up on time.

They were good with a few hiccups over 10 years but done now. Most recently there was an issue with billing, I offered to take care of it right away via a credit card so that they could come out and deliver as I was under a 1/4 tank. They wanted a $130 fee for a special delivery as it wasn't the 1 day a week they visit the area. Once I threaten to cancel, they claim I misunderstood (of course no apology). I didn't misunderstand - I have it all in writing! Anyways, I am done. Moved on to a company that delivers 6 days a week and won't charge a fee for next day delivery plus their rate is lower. I would not recommend Palmer Gas Oil. Service stinks and the fee is just taking advantage of a customer. Not good!

After 3 years and a letter from Palmer Gas and Oil saying that we paid our bill, due to confusion of moving, they are still having a collection agency come after us. Their collection agency says that we owe a fee for the collection agency to come after us. Palmer Gas will not step up and clear this problem up and they said "too bad, it's your problem". The customer service is terrible, don't deal with them. There are other good companies out there.

Palmer Gas & Oil was very helpful in getting our new propane heating system installed. The service professionals from Palmer removed the old heating oil system and replaced it with a much more energy efficient propane system. Has saved us a lot of $$ on heating and hot water.
