I tell you what Mid Atlantic has a sales pitch! it is way to long and they really talk themselves up, enough that we signed a contract with them. Yes you do feel like a prisoner in your own home. But we really felt that we were buying from a premium business, and they have a premium product. Now not all of this is bad the installers in a word ANIMALS! I never seen guys work so hard and they did a fantastic job, fast hard workers, I can not stress how hard these guys worked!! Then they cleaned everything, plus they had covered everything in plastic, was unreal, they literally cleaned themselves right out the door!!! The only evidence other than the work that they did at our house was one Gatorade bottle. So absolutely no complaints there.

Now if the customer service was as hard of workers as the guys who did the install I would be happy about the really high price that we paid. After having problems with a noisy pump (LOUD BANGING)the service guy came twice and did not resolve the problem.

He got stuck getting out of our driveway twice on the same visit, he was stuck in the ditch and tore up the yard real bad!! Ok not really big issue but.......

first off there was no mention of even fixing the yard or even maybe sending a bag of .98 cent grass seed. Nope nothing ......

Lets move on, shall we.......??

Then the Quality control manager comes buy to try and fix the problem makes it like 25% better but still not fixed. Now here is where my last straw is...............

I work with customers and I would never let anyone get as upset as I am about any of this, (ENOUGH TO POST A COMPLAINT ONLINE)So on this visit he spills pvc primer, the purple stuff on our deck...... now the deck is made of pvc so it obviously stained it and he did not even tell me that he did it!! GRRRR!

Now I am getting the run around and they are saying that "oh we cant help you this is a special issue you will have to talk to the general manager and he is not here"

I would expect them to say "Oh dear god we are terribly sorry we will take care of this" not oh sorry we messed up something at your house but just sit on it and let that fester for a while!

oH and by the way this is a problem that I have been calling about for almost 6 months (LOUD BANGING) and it still is not resolved! Now this is causing me and my family more work and loss of hours at my job from meeting for service calls......

I would say more but I am tired of typing...

Now the basement is dry but I expected much more from a "Premium Company".

Very efficient. They did exactly what they said and worked with me on things I wanted. I have had a dry basement ever since they installed the system. Extremely pleased.

The scheduler was able to move our date up sooner than we expected. This was good as we were anxious to have the work completed. The work teams who came, did an outstanding job. They covered everything with plastic to attempt to cut down on dust. They carefully disposed of all waste and cleaned up better than I would have done in that time. They were courteous and kept us apprised of what they were doing and when they would be coming. Upon completion, the foreman went over the operation of the system and answered questions before collecting the final payment. The only negative was that either the salesman didn't make it clear or we didn't follow that any electrical work was not included in the installation. We subsequently contracted an independent operator to complete the necessary electrical work. Since installation, my husband thought there was a crack in the pipe. The company promptly came to check it and told us that it was a necessary air escape related to freezing. There was no charge and they again were courteous. I would recommend this company. We chose them on the recommendation of a neighbor.

THANK YOU Mid Atlantic for a scent, mold, mildew, water FREE BASEMENT!! I can now walk downstairs and breathe and not have to worry about anymore problems!! The work we had done was well worth the cost. We had full basement water proofing done. We can now turn it into a living space!! Thanks Mid Atlantic!!

Very fast service from the time i called them out for the repair to completion of the project. they where very clean and professional. they cleaned up at the end of each day and made a very little mess threw out the house. they cleaned up any messes they did make threw the house and when completely done cleaned up the basement very well. the system works well and would recommended it to anyone again. staff was very pleasant to deal with.

We had a flood in our basement and had extensive damage. There was no sump pump system so we looked to Mid-Atlantc to solve our problem so we would feel protected against any future issues. A good job was done and clean up very good. Although we had the walls sealed with waterproof paint, this part of the job was not to our satisfaction. A supervisor came out in short order and agreed with us. He had "his expert" painter come back out and the job was done extremly well. We are satisfied with the job and would recommend Mid-Atlantic. Cost can be a little more but the service was good.

I was tired of my basement flooding all the time. Old sump pumps kept burning out. Mid-Atlantic came in and did the job in a dependable manner in April, 2011. They worked dilligently and got the job done in a timely manner. Added a second sump pump and there is no longer a water problem. Pumps work as advertised. They cleaned up broom clean and that was good considering all they had to do. Had just two small dampness problems after installation which were fixed as soon as I called. Extremely happy with the work and are highly reccommended.

I am pleased with the work Mid-Atlantic did for me. The design of the basement waterproofing system is sound and although I have not yet had a weather event to test the system, but have no doubt it will work. My job required moving large cast iron heat radiators. The cost was a bit high, but the salesman agreed to reduce the installation cost by allowing me to do my own plumbing work. The job was done in a timely & professional fashion. The workers worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They were well mannered and took care to preserve the existing carpet, which I much appreciated.

They are professional. They worked with us financially as our credit was a concern. We had our basement worked on the week after Thanksgiving (we live in Upstate. New York) the weather was a challenge. They completed the work in a short time and made sure we understood everything that was being done. We can definatly tell the difference with what they have done to our basement and would recommend their services.

They came to our house to do a estimate within 3 days fo a trade show. Once we decided that we needed to have the work, so that our wall would not collapse due to water pressure. The men were starting on our basement within 3-4 days. The men were working during the days that were we having a major snowstorm in Feb 09, and the work was completed within 4 days... No water in the basement since, and the wall is holding strong! Would definately recommendservices!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from start to finish. We used to get a lot of rain in our basement before having the system installed almost 5 years and now it stays nice and dry. We have no complaints and are very happy customers.

They were great to work with. Estimate was scheduled fast. Work was scheduled fast. Installed the drainage system and pump a few years ago and basement has been dry ever since!

It will be 2 years this summer that we have had a completely dry basement, thanks to Mid-Atlantic. During the time since installation, we had a 9 inch rainfall during a series of storms and not a drop of water in our basement. The pump system has worked flawlessly. The crew that installed the system did a great job, and the job foreman was one of the most cooperative contractors I have ever dealt with. You hate to part with the money, but we went from crying to smiling......

Mid-Atlantic was able to fix my super leaky basement and it's been dry since. They were able to start a week after the free inspection even though I went on a waiting list to save money on the deal. They did the whole drain and sub pump install in one day! The only thing I didn't like was that there was a slight slope on the basement floor which they warned me about ahead a time. Just have to deal with it, but least I don't have water coming in anymore. Would use again complete professionals. Paul.

Seepage in my basement had gone from a very rare event to multiple streams every rain storm. In the 5 years since Mid-Atlantic did their work there have been many storms including 2 hurricanes that resulted in several neighbor's houses being flooded. My basement has remained dry as a bone. THANKS Mid-Atlantic!!!!

Outstanding job by Mid-Atlantic!!! My personal experience was excellent. I have had lots of home improvements done over the years at my home, but I must say this is one of my better experiences with a contractor. The inspector came out quickly, gave me several ideas, and ultimately I choose the solution I thought was the best fit for my home. The crew was great, and worked hard 3 days straight to complete the project.

Since the work was completed, I have had more then one rain which ordinarily would have caused my basement to leak, but now I am confident it is dry and will stay dry.

I am a single Mother of two. When my basement started to leak I wasnt sure what to do. My brother recomended that I call a couple basement waterproofing companies, which I did. Mid-Atlantic came out and gave me a very through explanation as to why my basement was leaking and several options as to how to fix it. I choose the Interior version, and I am glad I did. Several heavy rains later I finally have no water!!! The crew that came out were professional, courteous, and very friendly. They cleaned up great and the work looks clean and neat. THANK YOU FOR MY DRY BASEMENT!!!!!!

In 2010, our home got an immense amount of water in the basement from a storm that had come through our area. We didn't know where to begin and we had a huge mess that was affecting my families health due to the Mold & water that was occuring. So we began to contact several different companies hoping that one had the best solution that we needed. One company stood out over the rest and that was Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing! It was very easy to set an appointment and get an inspector to come take a look at the disaster we had. The inspector was very pleasant and did not try to pressure us into making a decision instantly, although our problem was extremely bad! The system that was presented was exactly what we were looking for and the inspector offered an exceptional price that would work into our budget and he made sure of that! So far since we have had the system installed, it had made it through all major torrential rains without a drop of water! I am strongly satisfied with the work that Mid-Atlantic had done and I would recommend this to other families who own a home with any type of water issues. It was the best investment i have EVER made for my home! THANK YOU MID-ATLANTIC!

thank goodness I never made it to the sales pitch! My experience began and ended with them bugging me for an appointment, calling twice to confirm and then didn't even bother to show up. I called to thank them for not making the appointment and the deep-voiced guy on the phone made no apologies, gave the lame excuse that they were "helping others" and when I suggested that he take a moment to have the office clear his schedule, Deep Voiced guy asked if I wanted to reschedule.

We had our waterproofing system installed by MidAtlantic in January of 2011. It was a loud, dirty process, but I'm happy to say that after two hurricanes (Irene and Lee), our basement is dry. The pumps pumped like crazy and it kept my children occupied as they watched through the window as all that water came shooting out of the pipe outside!! THANKYOU MIDATLANTIC FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!
