Technician John /260 was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the work which had to be performed.

my main backing up couldn't have come in the worse time. my husband and child had the stomach flu over the weekend. when they got better i got a bad cold . then we were feeling better so we decided to clean our basement and get rid of alot of junk. when the next weekend came the basement was moving along until the house i guess felt sympathic for us so it decided to throw up too .lol. it was a mess . we called roto-rooter right a way . they responded very quickly. the man was very professional and informative in what was going to happen. he snake out my main and told me there was alot of roots. so he left and while we cleaned up the mess the main was backing up again.so we called up they said they couldn't come back out until tomorrow. the guy came in the morning did it again.

The technician, Mr. Leszek #1944, was excellent!! He was punctual, very professional and courteous; explained what he was doing, answer all my questions, and detailed other plumbing services offered by Roto-Rooter that I was not aware of, and that I will use in the near future. Again, EXCELLENT service!

John who was the plumber that came to clean our pipes....pulled out a root that was causing our flooding problem....he was fast, kind and did a great job....we are very happy with him and Roto-Rooter...we will use them everytime we have any plumbing problems :)

The service from the phone call to the last minute was exceptional. John came with in 30 minutes, took the time to see and explain what the problem was and what he was going to do. Reviewed the price and options we had. Very good service. Answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Thank you very much!

I called to make an appointment, and I do have to say the woman who initially took my order was lovely. She gave me a two hour window. An hour into it, I got a call saying the tech was on the way. An hour after that, past the two hour window, he had not arrived. I called again, and they told me he was still on another job and would be at LEAST another hour. Totally unapologetic. Nothing.
