The reason that I will continue to purchase vehicles from Federico Chrysler Dodge is customer service! From the time we stepped onto the lot we were treated as if we were the most important customers there. We were asked what we were looking for and were given several options. Never once were we pressured to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Kerry specifically told us that what is important to him, is that we end up with a vehicle that works for us. We did! Craig and Ed did a wonderful job helping us getting familiar with the Journey before and after the purchase and the service since then in has been incredible. We have had the Journey in for routine oil changes and it has been very convenient. We will most certainly purchase our next vehicles from Federico Chrysler Dodge...soon, when our teens turn 16!

The customer service was remarkable. We were greeted right away. Jeremy and Kerry were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt right at home and were really pleased that they didn't try to pressure us into something. They asked us what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect car to fit our needs.



Jeremy explained everything to my husband and I before we left. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and they were so nice to her. She was entertained the whole time.



My husband was very happy with the price, but more important to us was the treatment we received when we were there. Bob Federico was kind enough to take time out of his busy night to introduce himself and talk to us.



We highly recommend this dealership and plan to buy our next car from them.

I purchased my car at Federico, great purchase. My salesman was very helpful, finance worked a miracle, i had no credit and they helped me out with little money down. Will send all my friends since they pay a hundred dollar fee for all referals.

This dealership is the greatest ever!!!!!! Isn't that funny? Is it possible, sure. Probable? No. But I can type anything I want. Try being honest and let's just keep the people who are just out to slam someone off of here and ignore them. I just feel that this is a good place, they have never messed up with me. I guess they made money off of me, but they are supposed to. It's the American way. If business didn't make money, where would we be? Do you think Walmart doesn't make money on that $2 sleeve of socks? It probably costs them 95 cents to make. Anyway, you can't fault someone for making money. If they make too much money off of you, who's fault is that. So, in closing, review yourself. Do you deserve to be writing reviews?

We have bought four vehicles from this dealer, and will definitely be back when its time for the fifth. I love the new dealership and the great inventory they always have on hand. The staff is always friendly and they make the buying process quick and painless.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales person went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us pick out the perfect truck to pull our new boat. I would highly recommend anyone that I know to go see the guys at Federico.

Federico recently did some service work on my truck and I was surprised at the treatment I recieved. They scheduled me right away when I told them about my issue. i was able to drop off my truck and head to work because they provided me with a service loaner at no cost to myself. They called me as soon as it was done and I was able to come pick it up after I got off work. This was a great experience for me and i would highly recomend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my car from here 5 years ago and use the service department for my every need. Everyone there treats me with respect and evn though it has been so long since I bought a car, I still know most of the sales staff and they are always courteous when I come in.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from here in the last 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. I have always been treated wonderfully before, during and after the sale.

Just had the power window on my jeep go out and I was very happy with the service I got on this repair!

I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years but this one takes the cake. The car had a couple small things like a couple dings and paint chips. At the time I was buying the car the salesman assured me these things would be taken care of. I had to call the owner to get any kind of service at all after the sale. The service manager was extremely rude and wouldn't give me a loaner car so I had to sit and wait 2 and a half hours for the dents to get fixed. Never again!

I found a car I really wanted at this place. I asked if the car had been in any accidents. The salesman showed me a history report that was not a carfax but it did state the car was accident-free. SOOOOO I dealt with a rude salesman, a rude manager and a finance guy that acted like he was seventeen. I got through that part. Two days later I noticed my bumper cover popped out a little and it turns out the car was wrecked. They won't do anything to fix my car either. This is why I don't like car dealerships and I certainly won't go back to this place.

What kind of people take advantage of a 67 year old woman? In my wildest dreams I never thought a dealership wouldn't take care of a problem that happened the second day I had the car. And it ended up costing me almost 700 dollars to fix it. I wouldn't go back there if it were the last dealership on Earth. And neither will anyone I talk to.

IF you but a car here expect problems and also expect to get NO help from the dealership at all. No one I know will do business with these people and I live in the area.

if you buy a car here don't buy a warranty. There warranties cover nothing. And don't use their service department. They charged me 368 dollars to replace a water pump that was fine. I took the one they claimed to have taken off to autozone and had it tested, it was perfectly fine.

After using high pressure sales tactics on my sister to buy a car, we find out the car had been wrecked. As if that isn't bad enough, the service department would do nothing to fix the things that were actually wrong with the car. NEVER go to this place

They tried to sell me a wrecked vehicle. The salesman showed me an

'autocheck" but the Carfax I got before I went to pick the truck showed it has extensive damage!!!!
