not sure of providers diag. never explained anything. simply told what to take & be careful of sun.

Listened to my concerns and circumstances that led up to the reason for my visit. Able to explain well what he thought the issue could be and how we can address it.

everyone at derm1 was wonderful. Cheerful people....Dr. Cook was great. The receptionist was great (sharika) everybody was sweet. will be coming back.

He has provided me with the medication to properly clear away a majority of my breakouts. I am very pleased!

I have seen several dermatologists. Dr. Cook is low key and very understanding. He explains what is going on with my care and options.
