These folks always have helped us out. My daughter broke down and we went in the next day. They got her back on the road in no time.

I was looking for a mechanic to take my car to because it wasn't performing like it should. I found Chance Transmissions by chance and will never take my car anywhere else from now on!!! They ran diagnostics and figured out exactly what was wrong. They stuck to the quote they gave me and got it done when they said they would.

The crew is the best. They are always willing to fix any situation. They are always available for questions. What they say is what they do.

Me and my family have been going to Chance Transmissions for over 25 years. They are the best darn auto repair shop this side of the country. They are honest, reliable, have the best rates and you can always rest assured that whatever they repair on your car will always be what is needed and done right. Their rates are very reasonable and they go over and above the call of duty to repair and serve their customers. All the people there are awesome and I always feel confident they will always give my car TLC and the best care and excellent work. It was great that the mechanics stayed late to get my wife's truck going. That saved her a lot of trouble. We really appreciate the service and it's why we keep coming back. Once again my service experience was superior. My husband took my car in while I was out of town. He was provided a ride home. When the work was done my car was driven to our house by a very nice man who provided my hubby with a detailed list of what they did and what I should watch for in the next few months. I rely on their advice. I appreciate the eye on my upcoming maintenance schedule. It is kept my '93 Jeep on the road in great working condition. Thanks!

Just had my transmission replaced at Chance Transmission to my Volvo S-60. I've been looking for a few months and I'm glad I found Chance Transmission. The crew was fast and did a great job. They also saved me a lot of money. I'll be taking my cars here from now on.

We were way behind on manufacturer's schedule service for the transmission. Having heard great things about Chance Transmission we dropped off our Ford for what we thought would be all day. Chance Transmissions is a wonderful place to get tranny repairs, big overhauls, parts replacement and general maintenance.

So my car has been making a metallicy vibrating noise in the engine. Someone said it was probably the throwout bearing. So I found Chance Transmission and had them drive it and yep that is what it was. I went ahead and had them replace that along with the clutch and the plate. Now my car is quite and I don't feel nervous driving on the freeway. They only had my car for a couple days so that's a plus. I personally would rather have it done right.

Very polite, friendly, timely and professional. I was waiting in the lobby for enterprise to pick me up and even after closing time they let me hang out in the lobby and made me still feel welcome. That was awesome, I will be back and refer others ! (I'm closer to Belair but will only come here for my transmission needs).

This is a small shop in a city. I will definitely come here for all my transmission needs and will recommend to everyone I know. Everyone has a great attitude and acts like they are happy to have my business even though I am not a big customer.

Josh, Jeremy, Jennie and Joe were extremely helpful and friendly. they answered lots of questions and helped get my Dodge 2500 V-10 going again. Even the guys on break explained how to adjust kick down linkage and one of the mechanics came out and hooked computer up.

Everyone at Chance Transmissions is knowledgeable and treats everyone like family. I feel comfortable leaving my car there knowing that when i get it back, it will be running perfectly. Highly recommend.
