My mother is 88 and needed a new water heater. Her telephone service went down, and while the service man was there he let her use his phone to call my sister. After the service call, he also called my sister to explain how the service call went and to assure her that my mother was OK.



The next week my mom thought her water softener was not working, so I called them back to take a look at that. Again the service man explained everything to my mom and followed it up with a call to me to reassure me that everything was taken care of. They went the extra mile and were very nice to my mom. Coping with these issues are hard for her and they made it all go smoothly. Besides taking care of all her needs in a timely fashion, they also gave her a senior citizen discount and alerted her to a $50.00 coupon that is in the yellow pages.
