I've never used a cleaning service quite as reliable as A Step Above. They are punctual, listen to what I want done, and courteous to my personal property. I check to see if the tables and picture frames have been dusted, and everytime they are. My house smells fresh, looks fresh, and all for a great price. They haven't disappointed

I've been using the same team from A Step Above for teh past 7 months. They've been great, treated me any my family with respect, and most importantly my house. They are thorough, caring, and courteous. I can't tell you how many times i've come home when they are there, greeting me and asking if they need to clean any area further before they leave. It's been a pleasure working with them.

I just moved out and needed the home spotless for the inspection. With minimal furniture, the cleaning ladies were able to go through and completely desanitize all floors and countertops, leaving the home spotless. Dust is gone and the new family will be moving into a fresh smelling and clean aired home. The best money I've spent through the whole moving process.

I hired this company to help me with cleaning my home prior to my daughter's wedding. They came on the exact day that I wanted, sent two ladies, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice cleaning company at a reasonable price.

I was having company for July 4th, and needed a rush job to get my house in shape. A Step Above sent a team of cleaners that were very easy to communicate with. I told them what I wanted, and they didn't even ask twice. They just got to work, and I had 3 or 4 compliments from family members I haven't seen in years about how clean my house was. I couldn't be happier with their service for that price.

It's been a whirlwind the last couple of months. I'm in the process of moving, and needed my home cleaned before I could show the house. A Step Above came in and took control of the situation. My house is basically empty aside from furniture and filth, and now it looks ultra presentable for my open houses lined up next month. Great job, I can't thank ya'll enough.

We hired this company to clean my parents' townhouse which they had not moved into yet. This was a gift to make things easier for my parents. The house was just painted and all new floors and carpets were put in. We asked them to clean and sanitize the bathrooms (3) and the kitchen. That's it. We told them that our parents were moving in, in a week and wanted those rooms move in ready. We also wanted the cabinets wiped out, etc. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape so there was no heavy cleaning needed. Two girls came out and were done in less than 2 hours. My mom had left and come back 15 min. before the time they had suggested. They were waiting outside. My mom paid and then went in to inspect. She called me upset. The kitchen cabinets on the bottom were dirty and had crumbs. None of the bathroom cabinets were touched. Dust and hair were in the drawers. Same with medicine cabinet. I called the company and the good news is the person who answered the phone apologized and said she was sending them back to finish. The supervisor came out instead. My mom's contractor was there finishing up and said that the supervisor was unhappy with the job the two girls did. He said she spent an hour more going over things. The next day, I went back to the house with my mom and checked out the cleaning. Yes, the supervisor did the kitchen cabinets and the master bathroom cabinets but did not touch the other two bathroom cabinets. I wound up getting a bucket and cleaning them myself. I had given them a chance to make it right and they still couldn't do it. This cost us $120 and was definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this company at all.

Great job with the clutter in my house. I was getting sick of the buildup of dishes, clothes, trash, so I called A Step Above. They were great. Had them clean every room and they even got up and dusted the bladed to my ceiling fans. Talk about service! Recommend them, very professional.

Excellent cleaners. They were just out to my home yesterday and did a thorough clean. Will have them come back.

Most people tidy up a bit before the cleaners come, so that is what I did to get ready for A Step Above to deep clean my house. However, immediately AFTER the cleaners left, I found myself wiping down the bathroom and dusting my living room. Who wants to do that after paying professionals to do it?! That is when I decided to call and cancel the next two appointments I had already scheduled with them.

Excellent cleaning services, and they did everything quickly. Not bad for a locally owned cleaning service.

A Step Above House Cleaning is one of the best cleaning companies in this part of PA.

I originally hired this company just to clean my house for the holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas. My husband and I work a lot, have three children, and had guests over for the last week of December as well as Thanksgiving dinner. After seeing how good my cleaning team worked during the months of November and December, I decided to keep them and fit cleaning into my budget. Great company!

A Step Above House Cleaning did a great job on our home! We would also like to note that although we didn’t move all of our items, they did in a professional manner. They cleaned everything thoroughly (every bureau, drawer top etc. we had stuff on,) and then they put everything back the way it was supposed to be put back.

This past Christmas was crazy. Kids trampling all over the floor with their dirty feet. Food dropping on the floor. Needless to say, I hired A Step Above House Cleaning to clean my home and I am happy again. Thanks for the deep cleaning girls!

Hired them a few months ago to start cleaning my home. I always have the same two girls, and they clean, dust, and polish everything in my home. Nothing is better than knowing I have a cleaning service that cleans good when I have no time to!!!
