I am a realtor and have heard so many horror stories so I was more than a little nervous about moving. When our move date got changed and we needed a mover fast, I called several movers. They were professional and helpful on the phone, the e mailed estimate was just what we talked about. The movers arrived in the rain and wind and had smiles on their faces and got to work. They were fast and worked hard for 10 hours! All of our furniture was wrapped and carefully put in the truck. The unloading of the truck was fast and hen they left and shook our hands and thanked us. Great experience.

We couldn't have been any more pleased or impressed with our recent experience! It was a challenging move, with lots of stairs, heavy and awkward furniture, and tricky rooms to navigate. They were completely professional and so so so polite, both to us and to each other. I was impressed with how hard and steady they worked, and how well they communicated in order to have a plan for the day. They were far more careful with our things than we expected, and took care to look out for walls and door jambs at the same time. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and will most certainly recommend the company to anyone who needs the service. A million thanks!

My sister has used them before and was Very satisfied. I have to tell you that the two gentlemen that came to move my items were not only very caring, protected my items, buy making sure every item was securely covered but very respectful. Now a days I think the biggest issue with companies is the lack of customer service but not so with these two gentlemen. I would not only recommend your company, I would love to see more companies take your lead in customer service. I think the key to any companies success is that they value there employees as well. If the employees are happy so will your customers. Thank You again for a stress free move.

We needed some help moving our belongings into two storage pods. The crew did a fantastic job packing everything into the storage units. They were very careful when they were moving all of my belongings. Nothing was damaged in any way. Also, they were very polite and professional. They worked diligently the entire time. We would use them again!

The movers arrived 30 mins early. They clearly communicated the time they would arrive (we even texted while I was in a meeting and could not take calls). They brought the proper supplies to complete their job. They were careful with my items. The were extremely fast, professional, and courteous. They made what could have been a very stressful day very relaxing. I highly recommend. I am very thankful I chose this company.

After doing some homework, I've found them to be reasonable in terms of their pricing. After securing my move-in date after completing an online quote, he promptly informed me that the day before the move they would confirm the move with me and they certainly did. The following day, the leader of the crew called me 30 minutes before arrival and arrived early at 8:53 a.m. to get started on the move. During the entire moving process, he along with Rolando and another helper, kept it courteous, efficient, and professional at all times. They took the time to wrap and respect the items we had in our two-bedroom apartment. After a little bit over 5 hours and only a few minor scrapes to our furniture, the job was done and we were satisfied with the work they did. I would recommend them to others.

The experience I had with them everything was pretty much done exactly as they said they would. I spoke with the company and they scheduled me a week in advance. They called me in a timely manner-the day before twice and left me two voicemails and confirmed. The next morning I got a phone 30 minutes that would arrive. It took them about 5 1/2 hours to complete the move for a two bedroom apartment. Throughout the move the three gentlemen were very much at alert and they helped put me at ease with the transition of the move. They showed me things that were damaged so they weren't liable for anything. They were very timely with the amount of furniture they had to move. They did a good job. They were friendly, cordial and easy to work with. They did everything in a timely manner and were very efficient.

The guys from this company were wonderful. In the beginnig I was getting a little frustrated because it was taking so long, but then I realized they were wrapping everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, with care to make sure it wasn't going to get dirty, scratched or broken. I moved a FULL 2 bedroom apartment and not a single thing broke in my move. They were so careful and did a phenomenal job. They were very careful with the flooring/carpets and walls at my new house. And they put my furniture back together without me having to ask them to do so. After they told me my bed was put together I expected to have to put the bed skirt on, but when I went upstairs to unpack after they left, the bed skirt was already on

Now that our move is said and done, I want to praise The movers for their work. We’ve moved a couple of times and this recent move is by far the best experience ever. it was really brilliant. Such a lovely team of movers – on time, always helpful, very polite and had a great sense of humor. They deserve a lot of praises (and raises) for their great work. Customer service department was impressive as well –dealing with all my questions and answering all my questions. They were on tip of things making our move easier. I’m very pleased with the great experience and I am looking forward to use them again!

We moved from a townhouse to a 2 bedroom apartment and it was overwhelming (much more overwhelming because things weren’t going well for us). Even with all the challenges present, this moving company made them smooth as breeze, which was a breath of fresh air for us. They were very much prepared for the move and came with a van, 3 guys to carry the weight and all the boxes and equipment they needed. They were professional and very courteous. It also helps that they gave us a flat rate without any unexpected cost when the move ended. All the other companies we called didn’t bother to call back but this company… well… they were there each step of the way. Really exceptional company. Thank you.

Whole team was on time and Came prepared to host bed off the 2nd floor balcony - I know I could have never done this myself. Took very good care of not only the furniture but made sure that the floors were not scratched or walls not hit. Also have contemporary furniture and they unscrewed all of the legs to make sure there were no issues. Also ended up having to move furniture around once we arrived at the new place. The guys were very concerned they arranged everything just the way we needed it. Will be using them again very soon!

The team showed up right on time. After professionally going over all of the paperwork, systematically describing the rates, and scoping out how much stuff we had, they got right to work! The team worked efficiently and were sure to point out any preexisting damage on our furniture, even some things we hadn't noticed ourselves. The included wardrobe boxes were a huge plus, even more than I expected--we did not have to pack our clothes beforehand, and it helped the movers carry smaller, miscellaneous belongings to the truck in fewer trips. At the new place, the team quickly started moving all of our furniture and boxes into their final rooms. They even positioned the larger items exactly how we wanted to save us effort later. Anyone that can navigate our sofa through tight spaces is impressive, and they made it look effortless. The only pseudo-challenge was an antique desk that was slightly too large for the new door frames, so after trying out a few different things, they temporarily took the doors down to get enough room and put them back up. My favorite part of the day was walking in the bedrooms and magically finding the beds entirely reassembled and set-up. The moving time was also just under the low end of my quote. You can trust them for a pleasant moving experience!

I needed to move my mother to an assisted living facility and I only had a few days. They fit me into their schedule. They were on time! The young men were not only efficient but personable. The move took less time than I was quoted so it cost less than I thought. It made a stressful situation much easier. If this kind of service is available nationwide I can see why Us moving relocations are such a successful business. I am 100% satisfied.

This company was a true LIFE SAVER. Another company called us right before moving day to CANCEL on US! They saved the day with not only EXCEPTIONAL and QUALITY service, but they BEAT THE COMPETITOR'S price by several hundred dollars! The movers were extremely nice and knowledgeable and offered advice on re-packing a few items before hauling into the truck. 100% satisfied. Would use again (but hope I don't have to!)

Exceptionally well run organization with a surprisingly high degree of professionalism. What impressed me the most was the degree of ownership and pride the Associates had in their work. The truck was extremely clean and the driver & mover were very well dressed and handled all of our goods with special care & attention. Not only were they punctual, the support staff was very cordial and seemed to take a special interest in our business. After moving 8 times in 12 years, I can tell you there's no way in the whole world that I would contract with any other moving company after working with your organization.

The service provided was excellent! Definitely was worth the money, and made moving a lot less stressful and fun. Our two guys were always working hard, running back to the truck, and had an above beyond positive attitude for their job. Both were helpful, and at the same time personable. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is moving.

Our movers were AMAZING! These three young men showed up and were polite, very careful with my belongings including my piano that I've had since I was 6 and a nervous wreck about moving. They were courteous, fast and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've already been singing your praises on social media to my friends and telling them that you all are the folks to call when they need something moved. Thank you once again.

Our team was awesome in handling all of our belongings.. They were very accommodating in every way and could not believe the wonderful fast service they provided. We cannot say enough good things about them. When they delivered the furniture the next day they even stated if I needed something moved that I wasn't particularly sure of they would be glad to move it to the right place. The guys were great and friendly. the got on the job and went to work with great care in moving and loading. Arrived at the new home and they took the same care in unloading and placing the furniture in the right location. Estimated the time and they took less time then they estimated. I wouldn't and will not use anyone else to move any family member or friend. Period!!

The quote was emailed to me quickly and easy to understand. The moving guys were great!! Very courteous and professional, and they worked very hard to get the items moved safely and timely. I had heard good things about Moving Relocation Systems from friends, and my personal experience was even better than expected. I would definitely recommend them, as well as use them again in the future when needed.
