Our trip to kool smiles was great today. Everything went so well. Cola was so friendly and did everything to make our 4 year old feel comfortable!! Thank you Cola and Kool Smiles for everything!!

I really love the way Dr Amy and her nurse ms cola that have treated us with very good care and very friendly with my son is would recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist

Cola and Dr Amy are an amazing team. My son came in for a sealant and they had him laughing from the moment they had him in the chair!! He is a quiet boy, so to see him laughing it up with complete strangers was a comfort to me. They were very efficient in their work and kept him comfortable by informing him of what they were doing and would be happening! I highly recommend Cola and Dr Amy!!!

I really enjoy going to kool smiles. The dentists arent scary. Cola makes you feel comfortable as you wait for the dentist. Its all good

I took my one year old for his first dental check-up, and the staff was very rude. They short answered you, and didn't even smile! They didn't ask for any identification or anything. When we went back for the cleaning, the nurses were talking about personal matters and I had my 3 year old with me, and he could hear everything. The dentist then walked in and mumbled something I couldn't hear, was there like 5 seconds looking at his teeth and said come back in 1 month and walked out. Then when scheduling the appointment I wasn't even asked what day or time would be good for me. I will not be taking my son back to this dentist!!

I have be taking my boys here since they were small. I love the staff Cola and LaCrystal does a wonderful job and I will keep coming back.

I've been taking my children to Kool Smiles for going on 2 years now. I must say that I'm very pleased with the service. Lacrystal Geter is one of the most caring professional caring dental hygienist. She cleaned my children teeth on several occasions and everytime we come in to an appointment Lacrystal Geter always greets us with a smile and Hello. My children always says that they hope she's the one who cleans their teeth because they feel very comfortable with her. If you're ever looking for a good Dentist to take your children to I personally would recommend Kools Smiles. We leave every visit with a smile. Thanks Kools Smiles for Awesome Professional service!

I took my daughter to get a cleaning and check up. It's want the best experience the staff was very professional and friendly. LaCrystal cleaned my daughter's teeth was very gentle and nice. COLA was the first lady I met she took her xrays and was very professional HAPPY loved chatting with her while I wait. And Dr.K was amazing. 5 Stars for this group of lovely people I met today to take care of my child needs.

Kool Smiles is a great place! Although the play area usually needs lysoled, my kids want to go to the dentist every time we pass there! Kudos to Takolia Nelson and Olisa Dews for being so prompt and friendly at our visit today! A nice, friendly atmosphere is always good when he kids are anxious about the work being done! My only complaint would be that the automated system calls every day of the week and all hours of the day. This is rather annoying when I have already confirmed appointments and the calls continue to come. Other than that, we love Kool Smiles and are very pleased with all of the staff there!

My kids love going to Kool Smiles despite scheduling problems the dental team in the back is on point. I would love for you guys to tell Takolia Nelson a big "THANK YOU" ! Her speed and accuracy and not to mention great attitude was greatly appreciated. Thanks Kool Smiles

When we moved back to East Texas, I started seeing the commercials pretty regularly in TV. I wanted to find a dentist that my older daughter would enjoy going to, so we gave Kool Smiles a try and she loved it there. The staff is nice and attentive. They make appropriate suggestions as necessary.

My family and i are new to Tyler area and we had a great experience here for our first time. My daughter who gets very nervous the staff made her feel comfortable from the xray tech to the hygentist. I recommend this location to my friends and family. Great staff!

Today my 97 year old auntie was service by the best Dental Hygienist LaCrystal. She took care of her teeth like it was her grandmother. She is very detail,patience and made a assessment of things not discovered by the doctor.So thankful we got her today.#pleased

I was very happy with Kool Smiles. They made my daughter feel comfortable and not scared. They talked to her very nice and she was happy. She did have a hard time understanding the Dr. because her english wasnt very good. Other than that she was happy. Very clean and smelled good.

Friendly workers and actually communicate with the patients and it's fun to be here when your not in school

This time around the doctor was 100% good!! She didn't take long! They was so friendly!! Kept asking my son was he OK! They have improved a lot!!!!!
