The front staff are amazing! I love the DA's and Hygienist who work so hard to make sure we have the best experience at Kool Smiles.

My hygienist Arlene was very quick with her work but also thorough. She made light conversation and kept me entertained. Overall excellent service.

The hygienist LaCrystal did a great job! She took her time and was very professional.. no pain during cleaning and very fast!! Thanks!! I will definitely recommend people to Look Smiles!!

I have to admit, I was expecting much more. The play area left much to be desired. When we finally got back after an hour-an hour and a half, it was like conveyor belt dentistry. Putting 2 children to a chair, and was very impersonal. I was very upset that their paperwork included restraining and holding children down. And I'm not too sure why some of my children are being sent for sealants when just a few months ago their old dentist did not see a need. No one explained what they needed, just sent me up front for a slip, and didn't even know the type of sealants they were recommending. I was however glad that they did not harass me about declining fluoride.

I needed a new retainer, as my old one had broken. I called Kool Smiles, which sends you through an automated phone service before sending you to their call center. I made an appt. and waited a month.
When my appt. finally came, the front office had issues billing my insurance. They claimed my insurance was closed at that time, so we would have to reschedule for two days in the future.
Before the next appointment, I called the Kool Smiles call center, confirming they billed insurance.
During the second appointment, the front office said they had not tried to contact my insurance during the 2 day wait, and they did not hear from the call center. They finally agreed to let me see the doctor.
They then discovered that they did not have an orthodontist at the office that day. They said they had no way of knowing that I needed a retainer, because the call center had made my appointment. Not true - the office made this appt. when they rescheduled my original appt.

Arlene was our hygienist she was so good with my 4 yr old who was absolutely terrified to come to the dentist. Needless to say we will be back my son enjoyed it very much!!!

Very friendly, super nice. Great with kids Not that long of a wait. Took my 2 year old there and they treated her good and very nice to her

I took my son to Kool Smiles to get his wisdom teeth removed they were very professional and compassionate. I will highly recommend them in the future a big thank you to the entire staff keep up the great work����

My dental assistant I had jabbed me in my gum with the pointy tool that they use to get between your teeth

They lie, Set me up with an appointment to do a root canal, they made the appointment a month later because they said they were booked up. Had to go back in because of tooth problem now they want to send me to another dentist company because kool smiles doesnt do root canals. So what the hell was the first appointment for. Then the office girl wants to argue that I didnt have a appointment in a month till she find it in the chart then kept saying its wasnt for a root canal. This Company needs to be Investigated by the Government.

Came in today for a checkup because of a broken tooth and Olisa and Dr Qian were very helpful. They went above and beyond for me and Nikki at the front desk helped get all my appointments set up according to my work schedule.

Thank You to Dr. Cha and Olisa it was a great and smooth experience for my sons Dental work and mine.

Cola was great she keep my 7yr olds spirits up and kept him from being nervous. Dr. Amy was great as well these 2 work well together and made is tooth extraction and crown an easy success. Thank you!

Got their at few minutes before my appointment at 3, and still had to wait 1 hour to see the dentist. The lady at the front desk did apologize after I was checking out . Very friendly staff .

Everyone was very helpful, everything was ready and approved when we signed in and definitely was pleased with the process.

This was our first time at Kool Smiles in Tyler. Great staff, patiently helped us work out insurance difficulties when we got here. We're fantastic with my 3 daughters, and we got everything we needed done in one appointment in a very timly manner. Cole and Kayla were awesome, as was their dr and ALL the staff, from the reception desk to the dental hygenists. :) very satisfied mom.

I didn't get my appointment due to insurance not being able to be verified, but Cola was very helpful and I'll see you guys next week. Very kind people.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My oldest daughter had an appointment. Cola saw my baby girl in pain and got scheduled immediately. Thanks Kool Smiles and Thanks Cola for caring!
