There was a problem but, they resolved it with integrity. They treated me fairly and everything is ok now.

The amount of negative reviews Foothills receives is extreme, in my opinion. Having cleaned many homes for them, I can tell you that 85% of tenants do not leave their rentals in decent shape. When we come in to clean, most of the homes are either dirty, very dirty, or like something you'd see on Hoarders.In my experience, Foothills does a good job making sure their properties are ready for new tenants.

We just completed a one year lease of a single family home through Foothills Properties. We have been very satisfied with this property management company. The Foothills staff has been courteous and professional in solving issues for us in a timely matter to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Foothills Properties to others who are looking for a rental.

Have been an employee of Foothills for 3 1/2 years. Foothills owners and managers attempt to set a high standard for all employees to follow. They aren't mean or rude. They know each of us, our families and truly care about us on a personal level.

We rented a furnished condo in January. It was clean and ready when we came. I enjoyed the pool & tennis courts. Our little winter vacation was very relaxing. Would do it again.

Extremely friendly, helpful management. Friendly staff. Prompt attention to problems in the apartment. Overall my experience with Foothills Properties was very good, SJ and Jerry and staff helped me find a place that i could afford and near my job! plus anytime I needed anything all I had to do is call, and set up an appointment. After two years of living at the apartment i decided to move to my gf's house. a week later i got my whole deposit!I highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been leasing a condo from Foothills Properties for almost a year now. When we first moved in we had an issue with a leak in the kitchen. I contacted our property manager with Foothills, LW, and it was handled the very next day. About 2 months into our lease the AC was having problems. LW immediately sent someone to look at it and they put in a brand new air-conditioner. I have never had to wait for response from this company. Our lease is up at the end of August and we will be renewing. It has been no trouble at all dealing with this management company.

Foothills Property Management is an excellent company to work with as a renter. Their communication and professionalism was exceptional. Whenever I had a service issue, they promptly responded.

We rented a beautiful luxury home this past month through Foothills Property Management, and our stay was absolutely fantastic! It is rare when a short-term visitor from another city gets to feels so at home. We plan to return to the Sedona area in the near future, and we would certainly rent through Foothills again.

My wife and I were living in ghost town, ancient Globe just two hours north of Tucson. We'd had about enough after six months and acquired better employment just south in Tucson. When it came time to move I had driven down there several times looking for the right neighborhood and decent unit to rent. I explored much around the college campus and south east area. When I came across an add online for Foothill Properties I was blown away by the presentation and wanted to see if it was for real. Sure enough, upon my arrival I met Sandi from Foothill Properties and she proceeded to show me the most amazing, newly renovated property I've ever seen! She was extremely helpful in procuring our move in, as it had to be soon within the coming days. She worked with us on price and had the keys ready promptly for our move in date. She has been a delight to work with since, has taken care of any concerns and I would highly recommend her, her staff and office to assist you with finding a property to rent or buy in the city of Tucson. Well been a tenant for about 4 years and i have been very happy with there service. From getting a hold of someone or putting in work orders. I would very much recommend them anyone that is looking for a property management agency. I never had a problem. Everyone that my wife have talked to is very helpful. As a renter I appreciate the service received by the company. I am on my second rental with Foothills Properties. The transition from the first to the second rental was hassle free. Property manager, LW, was proactive in showing me a new place and getting the paperwork through smoothly. The company is good about sending me thorough paperwork to keep me informed of entry and exit procedures. Maintenance requests are handled well. I always get a call back within 24hrs.

They are VERY professional, and they are VERY helpful! Prompt and accurate! I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a rental home in tucson!
