We have to take care of some details for my dad as he is older. When his garage door broke, I told him I would be down within a week or so. I called a bunch of companies that tried to jerk me around because I am a female. Mistake. I am the wife of a General Contractor who is number one in rep. I am a big girl and not some helpless idiot like some of the companies tried to treat me. When I reached A 1 for there price I was given good customer service. I know BULL when I hear it and A 1 was the only company that did not lie to me on the phone. There price was good and the service was professional and on time.

Best Garage door repair in Tucson is A1 Garage door repair. They came the same day, within one hour of our call as my moms door would not open and let us leave to go home. That's right. It held us at bay and would not move. Turned out to be simple and within minutes, POOF like magic the door was in good shape. Some of the companies on the internet had reviews that were not so good. A 1 was not only good with the service but also with the bill. The repairman laughed and said "you do not need to spend any money on a lot of parts you do not need. The door is fine. I have used a garage service company for many years until the last few times they came to provide service, we were not satisfied with them at all. Do not know what happened to them. It seemed like the service techs were less experience then before. So I decided to call another company and I am glad I did. A1 Garage Door Service did an awesome job installing the Liftmaster, but before that the service Tech Joe gave me several options and he was very professional and most of all answered all my questions. I am very happy with A1 and will use them in the near future. Keep up the good work A1 Garage Door Service.

What a FANTASTIC experience!!! Tommy was spot on with his garage door expertise! His technician Dean was absolutely a pleasure to work with! When we build our second garage they will be the only company I call to install our door! I will recommend them to every family member, friend or stranger! I cannot express my appreciation enough! Just after moving into our new home, my wife heard a loud pop in the garage. I get home to a non-opening door caused by a broken spring. We call up A1 (based on yelp reviews) after 5 pm and set an appointment for the following day. The tech arrives to the house and notices immediately that my double door (broken one) has only one spring (should have been two to allow me the use of the door if one broke). He also says that nothing had been touched in a very long time. I pull the trigger on a full upgrade for both doors which involved new springs (upgraded to lifetime warranty!!), new rollers, new cables, balancing, and general maintenance for both doors.



I spent a lot but I'm the type to get it done right...once. And I couldn't be happier. He told my wife that we should be set aside from routine checks that we could do ourselves and a tune up on the doors in a couple of years that we could call on them to handle.



I'll be using them again for updating my openers and ANY other garage door needs I have from here on out. Very professional and I would recommend to anyone.
