very courteous and experienced staff and Dr Cheng is a very caring experienced and skilled surgeon and took excellent care of me

I like Dr. Ching very much and feel confident in his care. His staff is also five stars, imho. My questions are always answered and I feel like I can ask pretty much anything and get a thoughtful response.

Dr. Ching has fixed my back/neck on three separate locations. He's very interested in finding the problem, discovering a solution and following through with a great surgery.

Overall great experience. Pain free!

Really appreciate that Dr. Ching is available over time to work with me on what appears to be a chronic challenge at this point in my life.

Dr. Ching did a fantastic job w. a difficult spinal surgery involving 3 disc regions (microdiscectomy laminenectomy) & small separate fusion. No screws! The new bone is filling in from fragments in a small plastic cage. I can now function and even hike again. Importantly also, the reception group including Deb and medical assistants and PAs from Michelle to Nicole & Joel are also top notch & communicate well . Ching himself takes time to share exactly what he is doing and why! He also will tell you if he can't do something that will improve your health. Hats off to you all & many thanks.

Dr. Ching operated on my herniated disc. The surgery was successful, but recovery from the nerve damage has taken longer than expected. Although Dr. Ching can't "fix me" he is helping me get the appropriate treatment so I can continue to make progress. Too many surgeons would lose interest in a patient like me because they can't personally do anything, so it is refreshing to work with someone who cares about my long term progress.

Always sense that he understands and cares abut what I'm experiencing. Trust in his ability and professionalism.

I was treated with respect and concern for my overall issues. The start to finish was not rushed time was taken to make sure i was informed and understood what was going to transpire. What recovery would be like and what to expect. Dr Ching and Joel made sure that all questions were answered before and after surgery.
