When I went out to shop for my wife's engagement ring, I spent a LOT of time learning about diamonds and settings so that I wouldn't "get screwed." I wondered why I felt that the jewelers were out to steal from me and I realized that none of them treated me like a customer, they treated me like a potential sales bonus.

They let me make the decision about what was right for me (well, really, my wife) and for my budget. I used Diamond Vault to purchase wedding bands/bridal jewelry for my wedding. Tim and Randy are great...they made a custom wedding band for me to go with my grandmother's engagement ring. I was extremely happy with them. Unfortunately, I ended up calling off my wedding. Tim and Randy were awesome; I was able to return the wedding bands and get my money back with no problem.



They provide exceptional service and really treat you the way that you want to be treated. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them for any future jewelry purchases!

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and she lost her wedding ring in the ocean. We contacted Randy to do an appraisal and work with us and the insurance company. First of all, these guys KNOW what they are talking about. Second, they give you the best quality for the best price of ANYWHERE. The best part is that Randy will be completely honest with you if you're looking to give up a little quality for size, etc. Bottom line is Randy is a man of his word, if he quotes you a price and goes $2000 over, then you're only paying the price he quoted. We will be going back to The Diamond Valut for the rest of our lives!

Randy and Tim of the Diamond Vault are professional, courteous and made shopping for my fiancée’s engagement ring a fun, educational experience. My fiancée and I had visited several other jewelers and diamond brokers and found none offered the service and attention we received from Randy and Tim. Furthermore, without knowing my fiancée and I were new to diamonds, Randy and Tim took the time to sit us down and educate us on the subject so that we could make the most informed decision when it came to selecting her diamond. My husband has been dealing with Tim and Randy for a long time now. He bought me a beautiful pair of diamond earrings from them. I peeked at the receipt and they were less expensive then the earrings that I had been eyeing at Costco, and even better clarity. My husband also had my wedding and engagement rings sized there. Today I met Tim and Randy for the first time when I went in to get a watch sized. They were very friendly and sized my watch quickly while I waited. Tim offered to clean my other jewelry while I waited, and everything looked like new when he was done. I had my 13 month old baby girl with me and they were so nice to her. Tim and Randy were exceptional to deal with. Being a novice going into the whole diamond shopping process I was very worried about being taken advantage of. I did shop around at other diamond dealers and found that other dealers were attempting to take advantage of me. Other dealers price quotes were thousands over what I had paid for with Tim and Randy. They were very accommodating with everything, even agreeing to meet me outside of business hours to make sure that I got the ring on time! (I was working under an ultimatum as I am sure many guys are!) They beat every price I could find, but I am not recommending them based on price, I am recommending them based on service and knowledge. You can not go wrong in buying from them, in fact I would say you would be going wrong by not purchasing from them. With a purchase this large, it is important to go with someone who is honest and helpful and who treats you with personal yet professional service.

It was a wonderful experience working with Randy Cole. He gave us extraordinary information in a relaxed and elegant setting. The appraisal was thorough and honest.

Both Tim and Randy are all professional all the time but very charming and fun at the same time. We have been dealing with them for over 3 years and have always been amazed by the workmanship and quality of the pieces. They are very fair and it is clear they both love what they do. These guys are great, I live in Florida and worked with them down in Tampa to get some jewelry exchanged. They pay top dollar from what I've seen, and they couldn't be nicer.

Tim and Randy at the Diamond Vault made my dream into a reality! Last year I received a beautiful engagement ring from my now husband that was perfect in my eyes. However, the wedding band that was made to accompany it was not what I wanted and not at all flattering to the already gorgeous ring. I took it to my OLD jeweler and told him what I wanted for a wedding band and his response was that it was "not possible." So, for a year, a wedding band sat in my jewelry case and was never worn. I was selling some gold last year, and had gotten an offer from a jeweler. I called Tim, told him the weight, and how much I had been offered, and he gave me $300.00 more! That was 30% more than the other "jeweler" was going to give me. You just don't find that level of integrity and honesty anymore.

You will not find better customer service that at the Diamond Vault either. I fell in love with a ring 3 years ago, and they have kept it available for me all this time! I will finally be getting the ring of my dreams thanks to Tim and Randy.
