I was sandwiched between two cars in a parking lot and had damage to both the front and back of my brand new vehicle. Being relatively new to the area, I was unsure of what body shop to go to but was recommended by Hopkins Honda to go to FCC Collision Center in Sunnyvale. I could not have imagined how effortless, quick, and high quality the service was. From the moment I walked in the door their staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Danny Chao was the estimator who oversaw my repair work and was so thorough and honest about each step of the process and made sure that I was kept up to date as my repair progressed. He took care of all the coordination with my insurance company, and had my car completely fixed within a week since I was running on a tight timeline. What's more, my car was returned to me polished and immaculately clean, over and above my expectations. Though I hope never to be in an accident again, if I do I will most definitely return to FCC Collision Center in Sunnyvale. What makes this company so unique is its family feel which you can sense in the warmness of the place and people. Thank you FCC!

I took my car to FCC per Esurance's suggestion this Monday. Both Sheldon and Danny took care of the process, and they did reasonable estimation. They took picture every day and sent it to me so that I know the overall progress -- this is so cool! I went to pick up my car today, my rear bumper has been replaced and looks perfect. Also, they even vacuumed and washed my car! I would highly recommend this body shop, they did very good job!

They did a great job with the car and kept us in the loop with everything from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will be going back myself (hopefully not too soon ;p).

I had to take my car into a shop to get fixed after getting rear ended. I'm new to the area and wasn't sure where to go and my insurance company suggested FCC Collision. I'm glad they did as they were super nice and helpful with what could have been an incredibly stressful situation. They helped make things a little easier =)

This is a great place to take your car for whatever needs to be done. It's clean, reasonable and everyone is very friendly and professional.

Danny Chao did an amazing job in dealing with other person's insurance company and getting my car fixed. He kept me informed throughout the process. They did a good work as well with the repairs and replacement. I would definitely recommend them for any auto repairs.

My vehicle was serviced for autobody repair. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I can tell they have had many years of experience dealing with the customers the right way. My vehicle was repaired and ready to go on the estimated day given. I was very impressed with the paint texture and match - Office staff made me feel very comfortable. Great job FCC- Will recommend to anyone!

Sheldon and Sanny were both very helpful in getting my favorite car back on the road. Their website talks about having the "family" experience, and that is just what I received. I felt like my relative was handling my repairs. These guys turned a sad situation into a pleasant one- highly recommend.

Everything was fine with my experience at FCC Collision Centers. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I thought that the service overall was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, when I did go to pick up my car, the technician had forgotten to replace a piece of the car on the bumper. They had to keep my car for another day to fix it. They offered to pay for the gas for my rental since I had to keep it another day. They did fix it and everything turned out really good. I would use them again.

There are not any words that can describe how I feel about Jason and Greg and the rest of the staff at FCC, they took my car and made it look better than OEM paint work. I had my M3 2004 Laguna Seca Blue repainted completely and the professionalism and courtesy surpasses anything I have had from any other shops I have used in the past.

I have a classic Camaro that needed paint. I took it to Jason at FCC Collision Center, got some estimates, and had them do the work. Jason took very good care of my car, and personally oversaw everything in the shop. I was very happy with quality of the work.
