It was a great. I'm glad these people helped my daughter the staff was great and very helpful and understanding.

Dr Emani and Sarah were awsome! I always come to kool smiles for my dental needs. He got the job done and made me a very satisfied patient!

All the staff at kool smiles is great and very helpful.Jennifer has been very helpful and she always make sure I'm able to be seen when I come or get me an appt In a timely manner.

This visit was more pleasurable than has been the past year. The staff was courteous and professional, my girls did not have to wait 30 minutes before they were seen, and it didn't take them until close to finish. We were in and out in an hour. Please keep up the good work, and I will continue to bring my children to Kool Smiles!

The staff at Kool Smiles Sumter is just wonderful! My kids just love the atmosphere and the people there. When you walk up to the reception area you are greeted with friendly faces and all the staff treats my kids like family. We've been part of the Kool Smiles family since my girls started going to the Dentist at 1.

It was nice today come in the kook Smile office the Dr Emani kind to pull my teeth on next Friday which he is over booked but still willin to pull my tooth which Been hurt for week He need a raise MY DA who name is Sara was also very nice she help out a lot and I thank both from the bottom of my heart

The front staff was friendly. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. Was very pleased over all

They are all really great to be around, they can make you smile even tho you may not want to. Everyone is always smiling and they all have a good sense of humor.

They was the best. And baby you stop being nervous but the nurse and the doctor kept her calm the whole time.

Service was great! Sara was a sweatheart she kept my daughter who is terrified of needles completely calm throughout the procedure. The doctor was awesome Dr. Pikas, my daughter didnt even know he'd pulled the tooth already. Again EXCELLENT JOB!

Today was a pleasant day at kool smiles. I'm very satisfied with Sara she's very friendly and made my son feel confident and comfortable before he got his filling.

Wonder visit, made my princess feel right at home! Was helped by the friendliest young ladies ever Ms. Shemica, Lynn, Jenny, and Ashleigh made the visit to the Dentist feel like being at home. Thank you so much Kool Smiles for having such an amazing who does such an awesome job!!!!

Had a pleasant visit at kool smiles today shemica took my X-rays and was awesome! Netra was my DA she was very friendly!

Dr. Emani and his assistant Sara is amazing. My son was uncomfortable but they made him feel so much better. Love this place!

Terrible. Waited over TWO HOURS to be seen. Dentist gave no communication nor did the staff. Overbooked appts and allow other patients to be seen out of order.
