They will not answer the phone for you, they will not answer the door for you. The women that run the office are the rudest people I think I have ever met in a professional setting. They double billed us then refused to take any money. It takes them months to catch their books up enough to know what is going in and what is going out. They go through the trash cans to find things to take home. They damaged two different trash cans that we bought personally then told us it was our fault for putting too much trash in them. They have always, and I am not exaggerating, ALWAYS thrown the trash cans in the yard from the truck scattering them into the street. This company should be embarrassed of it's employees. The price of service is cheap but don't be fooled, the people involved in this business are cheaper. Absolutely the WORST trash company I have ever done business with.

No payment book as promised on more than one occasion. Cannot get thru via phone. Rude. They damaged our trash container by dropping it off the truck and refuse to replace it or at the very least the use of theirs at no charge. We repaired the container as much as possible and are still using it. Last week they dropped off one of their containers without notice or even asking - they know we are home as I have had several discussions with them regarding the damage to our expensive container. I'm sure they will start charging for the use of their container. They did not pick up our trash yesterday (1/28) but did a couple houses down. I know it's because of lack of payment but how do I pay when I don't know what I owe or where exactly to send it? Am going to send a few bucks to the N. Eldon address and only hope that I get credit for it and they start picking up again. If they don't pick up next week then I will consider them breaching the contract and I won't owe them anything. Thanks to a lawyer friend, I will do that. DO NOT USE THEM!!

...but they are there every week. There was a couple months I know I didn't pay but wasn't sure what I owed and they picked up anyway. I was harassed by American wanting to collect three months in advance that I "owed" them after I had cancelled. Karrman kept missing me every few weeks or so and refused to offer any credit for the service not received. OK, you might have to have some patience with J&J, but they truly are just a mom and pop operation. No corporate office, no indifferent staff. I have used this company for many years at home and my office and highly recommend them.
