Everything was organized and quick. Salesman was extremely experienced and helpful! Finance Mgr was very thorough also.

I was plesantly surpised, that I was not pressured..

I initially inquired about a Mustang I saw on your website in January. I was contacted promptly by Dawn Eaton. I work outside the country so I let Dawn know I would be back home in March. I asked that she have everything thing ready for the day after I arrived back home. When I returned home and came to the dealership Dawn assisted me fully in selecting the car I wanted and getting set up with acceptable finance terms.

Greg, our sales guy was exceptional. The overall process was rated maybe good. It took entirely to long to purchase our truck. 5+ hours is just crazy, when we chose the truck in about 15 minutes. Overall, good experience, just needs to be a bit more organized.

After two very bad experiences with Randall Reed Ford in Humble and Planet Ford in Spring, respectively, we had sworn off ever buying a car from you again. We did like the service group, though.



Through Edmunds, we received an internet price offer from Denise Kelley. We were reluctant to accept it, but long story short, we did and we were glad to meet Denise and Mike (in finance). They both made the process better and redeemed Planet Ford's reputation in our eyes.

Service was very good prompt and courteous. They knew and used my name and were very attentive.

We brought our 2010 CR-V in for 'wrench' maintenance and while it was being serviced we roamed around the showroom and looked at the new CR-V. Eric happened along and the rest is history. William was our express technician and he was very polite and professional and friendly - a real asset to your organization. Thank you for having people like William and Eric on your staff.

First the dealership looked amazing, Mr. Jacoby Garmon was very professional and straight forward, no stress at all the buying process was quick and simple, loved all the extras that came with the vehicle, me being a former Ford employee, I am glad to see ford still strives for excellence and customer service.

Overall I would say customer service was very good. You did not stand by your advertized sale price, but did try to make up for it with a bed liner. Sales person was excellent and the accesories department was also great. You finance man did not even bother to shake my hand at the close of the deal. Overall I would give you a B+.
