The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product. Rich was enthusiastic and upbeat about showing us the features offered on the Accord. Then, he offered us a test drive so we could determine if the Accord would meet all our objectives. Rich was attentive but not aggressive allowing us to digest the information and proceed at our own pace.

I can't believe I am able to write this, but we had a great used car buying experience at Schaumburg Honda. Our sales person, Mike Gargano was very informative and helpful. I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the professionalism of every person in the process. Will definitely look here first for our next car!

Andre made me comfortable right away, taking the stress away from a serious situation. He showed me a couple of options, but since my mind was set already, we just proceeded with the test drive. Wow! Sam went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of my Honda Accord.
