We have been happy with the service from this firm. The technicians Joshua B and Ethan are very responsive and always try to give us complete satisfaction. If snails, ants or spiders etc. do show up uninvited, a quick call to the firm is all it takes to get a technician out here immeditely to take care of it.

Mark is the technician who performs great pest protection services for our home. He took care of a problem we were having today with tiny ants around our patio area. While here he also de-webbed around the entire house and re-filled all the bait stations. He reminded me to not to wait until quarterly service visit but to call back in a few weeks for a re-check of the bait stations. Five stars for Joshua's, and Mark in particular!

Joshua B. and Ethan are very proffesional technicians and an asset to your company. They fully explained the work they performed and made sure I was satisfied with the work they provided before leaving. They also informed me about my payment options and left an envelope in case I decided to make the payment via check.

Joshua's is awesome! We have a service and if you need them to come back for any reason it's free. Mark Vollenweider was our tech, very personable and great sense of humor and willing to go out of his way to get the job done.

prompt, technician extremely courteous,..Today was our first day with the company and Landon Larkin was right on time and extremely eager to please...he cleaned all the webs that have been building up for months..other company never paid any attention to them.Landon kept asking if I had any questions and was sure to let me know if we had any problems in between visits to just call and they would come take care of it at once.... I like this company's eagerness to please....I am looking forward to a long relationship with them.

Joshua's is SO great! We have their quarterly service and used to have an awful problem with spiders, including black widows. I can honestly say I haven't seen any spiders in months! Mark is our usual technician and he has really shown that he cares about us, our kids, and our home. He's currently helping us, as best he can, with rats we have in the area due to landscaping. I HIGHLY recommend Joshua's, and Mark in particular!

Killing bugs has got to be a job that I sure as hell didnt want to do, called these guys and I see about half the spiders that I used to. Not perfect, but worth my dollar. Thier guy spents a while spraying every couple months, and I can go outside without worriing that a spiders going to bite my leg off. I would recomend them to my own mother if she didn't live with me. Big improvement they could do, leave some rodent bait and make sure you call me a couple before you come!!

Robert is my technician and he is a sweetheart. He has come to my house for years and always takes the time to clean my webs. I first started off with Joshua's close to three years ago. Me and my late husband were never bothered by spiders, but my daughter moved to Escondido and we had the grand kids over every week. I have had days where I wasn't too happy with Joshua's Pest Control, and I have called to cancel once. To their credit, they didn't charge me for the service I had an issue with. (Man didn't knock on door).

They hire a bunch of Mormon salesmen at recruiting fairs, fresh off their religious recruiting missions (where they lie to the illiterate of the world to get them to join a farce of a religion), to go and make bad sales. What do I mean by bad sales? They promise you anything to get you to sign the contract. Then they service, and send you a welcome letter, saying their technicians are the highest paid in the business. LIE! They're actually the lowest paid, per hour, but they work those poor guys to the bone.



Best to pay heed to "The Riders of the Purple Sage" and steer clear of these guys.

They had a young guy come to my door today. I have a huge "No Soliciting" sign. All other people pay attention to it. Not this idiot. He ignores the sign and knocsk loudly on my door like he owned the place. As*swipe. At 700pm in the evening during our dinner. He's lucky I didnt grab my baseball bat. Dumb f'in moron.



Do you idiots at Joshua know it's ILLEGAL to ignore signs like this in Carlsbad? You can be FINED.

Joshuas Pest Control is unethical and unprofessional. They send nice young sales men door to door to bate customers into switching from other more reputable companies. We live in Carlsbad and are having nothing but major issues with this company. Joshuas gets you into a contract and then the service quality drops. Joshuas office manager has the worst customer service skills!! She has a negative condescending terrorist attitude towards their customers. STAY CLEAR!!!

They're a scam!

Horrible customer service and when we did get service the service tech made a muddy mess on our property leaving us to clean it up. They have lost my credit card number 2 times along with the service aggreement.
