My wife and I are very happy with Carmel Mountain Preschool. We love the way is setup almost like an elementary school as opposed to a daycare. Our daughter is very happy to go here each day, and as soon as our other daughter is old enough she will be attending also! Highly recommend.

Carmel Mountain Preschool is the best decision we've made when it comes to selecting a day care for our daughter. CMP has the best staff, a safe and warm environment, a variety of classes for our daughter to learn and explore. Our daughter comes home telling us about her wonderful adventure at the Glen, the art studio and the music yard. Every day we walk through the front door, our daughter is super excited and greets all the teachers by their name and surprisingly they all know her by name too. CMP is a place that makes you feel like you're at home and your child is in good care. Thank you CMP for opening up your door and taking great care of our little girl.

My daughter has been attending Carmel Mountain Preschool for six months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She is learning so much and her teachers are very caring and attentive. We will definitely be staying here until Kindergarten!

We are so happy with Carmel Mountain Preschool. It's unlike most preschools we've experienced because the facility has several outdoor spaces built into the learning. It is a great environment for our daughter to explore, learn and grow. Her teacher creates a loving and encouraging classroom where she is excited to go each day and she enjoys a fun ballet class as one of their many extracurricular classes. Carmel Mountain Preschool is wonderful from the staff to the teachers to the place itself and we couldn't be happier being a part of their family.

My grandson attends CMP and I pick him up often. I tell my friends what an amazing preschool this is and all the things offered to Dez to grow and learn in such a wonderful environment. Upon arriving I am always greeted with a smile and asked for my ID, which I love for security reasons. Dez always seems happy to be there. His teachers are great and I see the love they give all the kids when I am there. CMP is a wonderful place and anyone looking for a great school, this is the place!

My husband and I moved to San Diego with our 1 year old daughter back in 2016. My sister watched our daughter for a full year but became pregnant with her second child and could no longer watch our daughter. We were searching for a daycare that was warm, loving, clean, high lyrecommended, safe, small ratio, close to home and work. We took a look at 7 daycare in the area...and Carmel Mountain Preschool was the perfect fit. The staff is caring and attentive, the facility is green and always clean. My daughter is always excited to attend preschool every day. We started her June 2017 and she continues to thrive and learn so much. Each day she surprises me with new songs, remembers her classmates names, always smiling and happy when I drop her off and pick her up. We love Carmel Mountain Preschool and will recommend this place to other working parents.

After touring many preschools all around San Diego, my wife and I finally agreed that Carmel Mountain Preschool would be a great place for our 2 year old son to transitional from nanny care. To date, all of his teachers have been engaging, reassuring (first few weeks were rough) and trustworthy. The transition from their summer school curriculum to the school year class, including a new teacher, went seamless. My son likes all the unique actives in the different areas of the school grounds and we get photos of his day from his teacher throughout the week. We feel fortunate to have found a great place for learning and development for our son.

My daughter started here this past summer and it has been about 2 months since she has been attending CMP. We had grandma watching her for the past 2 years and my daughter loved being with grandma all day so we were worried about the transition to an all day school, but CMP has been fantastic for our daughter. She loves coming and has even said that she'd rather go to school than to stay at home with grandma.

She has had Ms. Aishlinn and Mrs. Chrystal, and my daughter loves her 2 teachers! They post photos up on a separate Shutterfly account everyday which we love to see and I greatly appreciate this as I feel like I get to see what my daughter does each week! There are always so many fun activities for the kids and I send her to school each day knowing that she is in good and caring hands. I am so happy that we decided to send her to CMP and am excited for her future years at the preschool. I would whole-heartedly recommend CMP to anyone looking for a great environment for your little ones to grow.

Our daughter attends Carmel Mountain Preschool, she has been at the center since the spring. We've attended a few other centers and CMP is hands down the greatest we've experienced. From phenomenal facilities, engaging activities, and compassion of all the employees, there's absolutely no doubt that this center is beneficial to her development. It's the first time that she's declared "I love school!" As full time working parents, our hearts couldn't be more full.

I am a dance and yoga teacher and I teach at over 15 preschools in San Diego! I chose to send my son to CMP as this is the best preschool in San Diego. This school has the best teachers!!! The directors and owners of the school put so much love and energy into the school and the happiness of the kids that it shows as soon as you walk in there. Every week there is something exciting happening at the school from splash days, bringing literature to life, to touching insects in the glen. We could not be happier about our choice of school and we are so happy to be apart of the CMP family!!!!

I have 5 year twin boys that attend Carmel Mountain Preschool. As soon as I took a tour of this school, I knew this was the right school for my boys. Their curriculum surpassed all the other schools I visited. My boys have been learning math, reading, writing and science. The school has an amazing art studio, playgrounds for different age groups and a garden for them to enjoy. My boys are excited to go to school every day to see what they will learn next. The teachers work with each child to build their confidence and skills. I also like that the teachers send me pictures of the activities my child is doing throughout the week. I am very thankful that I found such a loving, safe and wonderful preschool for my kids to attend. If you are searching for a preschool, I would highly recommend checking out CMP.

This preschool is amazing. We researched and visited many different schools and Carmel Mountain Preschool is hands down the best in our area. The facility has beautiful grounds, which include a Glenn (for outdoor lunches and learning about gardening), a Nature Lab (for learning about insects, creatures and nature), multiple age-appropriate playgrounds, and beautiful gardens. The teachers and staff are so caring, warm and friendly, giving individualized attention to the kids. Every person working there knows my daughter's name!
Both my daughters have attended this school and they both have loved every day spent there.
The staff are always flexible and willing to help in times of need.
We love this school and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a loving, safe and wonderful preschool experience.

I have 2 boys (ages 6 and 2.5 years old). My 6 year old attended Carmel Mountain Preschool from 2.5 – 5 years old and loved it and my 2.5 year old is currently there. It is a wonderful school, with amazing teachers and welcoming staff. I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my children! Between classroom time and time at the Glenn and Art Studio, they have a well rounded program for the kids. In addition they are always doing fun family events and actively looking for ways to make the children more engaged. The KinderPrep program at Carmel Mountain Preschool is exceptional and my oldest learned so much socially and academically and is now excelling in Kindergarten. I know this is a result of the teachers and program at Carmel Mountain Preschool. I highly recommend the preschool and am so thankful for all the wonderful teachers and staff that have been a part of my kids lives there!!

My favorite thing about my school is the playground. I love the slides and the monkey bars. I like the mud kitchen. My teachers are nice and kind and help me anytime. My friends are nice. The office workers are nice and kindful and help us find our way back to our classes. My favorite thing to learn in class is spelling colors... "♪♫ B-L-A-C-K spells black. Scary cats are black....♪♫"

If you're looking for a preschool which will provide your child a foundation and love of learning, then look no further. I am a proud father of two beautiful girls (youngest of which still attends CMP) and both have the creativity and passion to explore their world around them, inspire others in their personal endeavors and are extremely well balanced individuals.

My son was recently enrolled at the end of this past summer. He attends 3 days a week and has a great time!! Teachers are very caring and attentive. We are hoping to increase his weekly attendance to 4 days a week early next year. We also hope to enroll our daughter next year as well if she makes the waiting list!! Everyone is really great!!

We love being a part of the CMP family! We've now been at the school for almost two years. When a work promotion gave us only a few weeks to move, our biggest concern was finding just the right place for us. As soon as we walked onto the campus at CMP, we knew we had found a school unlike any other. The staff was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. We loved all of the amenities available to the students.
Over these past two years, we have enjoyed field trips, family concerts, Snow Days, and other special events. What I love the most (and my son too!) are the gardening, science and music programs in the Glenn as well as Messy Art activities. We have never been part of a school that is so well-rounded, not only academically, but offers such amazing opportunities for the kids to explore nature, science and art.
I love that the school’s snacks are organic and that they use all natural soaps and cleaning products. These things are very important to us in our home, and it’s wonderful that at school we don’t need to worry about exposure to harmful chemicals.
Thank you CMP for being an extension of our home and providing our son with a loving, nurturing environment!

A year ago, I wrote a review, based on our short, but wonderful experience with CMP. Now, my son has been enrolled for another year, and things are only getting better! He stayed through the summer program (LOVED IT), and we increased his time there. He is in a new classroom this year, and he did great with all the changes. The staff makes transitioning to a new room, with a new teacher, and new kids and new schedule so easy! He loves everyone there, and has so much fun saying hi to EVERYONE! Every day when we leave, he stops in the office for his daily hug from Ms Gina or Ms Donna. CMP is great, and when little sister is ready, we can't wait for her to start!

We love this preschool ! Our 3y/o has grown tremendously in the short time she has been here. There is a wonderful balance with helping the children grow emotionally , socially and intellectually. We appreciate that the teachers really focus on fostering the children's independence. Also the staff does a great job of communicating with the parents. My wife and I are confident that this is the best place our daughter can be right now. We highly recommend CMP!

My daughter is in the toddler room at CMP and she loves it. It's evident to me how much the teachers care about her and that she is thriving there. Her vocabulary has exploded in the few months she's been there and she comes home every day singing and talking up a storm. It's comforting to know we made the right choice by sending her to CMP.
