Honestly, they're good. I haven't seen any posts in a long while. They come do their job professionally and leave us feeling satisfied that they did a great job!

When requesting this service, I specifically asked that they spray the inside of my garage. I took the day off to make sure that it got done. While waiting for them to show up, I receive a text requesting that I rate their service. I called the company which had me on hold for 20 minutes and informed them that I was still waiting for the technician to show up. I was informed that he had already sprayed outside my garage and had left for another appointment. The technician never rang the doorbell although I had left instructions for him to do so and was told that I would have to reschedule for another day. They had already been out a couple of weeks before and were spraying around the house but had to return a few days later because they failed to remove an active hornets nest from my deck. I am relieved that my contract is finally completed and I will definitely be changing to a more professional company. I do not recommend them at all.

I love you guys ... Sean, was my Technion this afternoon and was all of the above. Sean address all my concerns promptly and thoroughly. As he was about to leave I remember I had an earlier issue with a swarm of bees behind my shed. When I told Sean, he did not hesitate to take a look ... then assured me all was Ok. Thank you Sean. It’s been nearly a year and they have proven to be worth the quarterly cost. No issues with critters and they are only a call away when we see anything.
