Another great job by Aptive Environmental. Devin Anderson completed the service as required thoroughly and efficiently despite challenges my back yard presented. I highly recommend Aptive Environmental for pest control.

Jeremy Martinez was the technician that serviced my home. He was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and professional!

I signed a year contract with Aptive because salesman Joseph was very helpful and offered very good rates, plus no charge for extra visits. My initial treatment was done by Mr.Lauro Canales. He did an excellent job, answered all my questions and concerns and I hope he is our technician every quarter!

Kelly Graves from Aptive provided our quarterly service today and did a wonderful job making sure all areas were sprayed. He was very professional and even reminded us that our weep holes needed wire mesh or brillo pads to help keep critters out. Thanks for an awesome service.

Carlton P. arrived at my home as scheduled. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He asked if we were having any pest issues. After listening to my concerns, he told me how he would be treating the yard and interior of my home. He told me what to do with our pets to keep them safe and went to work. He was very thorough with treating the entire property and upon completion explained the invoice and said if we had any problems with pests within thirty days to call Aptive and he would come back to treat the area again "free of charge". I was completely satisfied with this service and have not had pest problems. Thanks Carlton.

Kelly G arrived at my house during the window of time and when he got here he was polite and friendly. He reviewed my concerns and then told me the treatments he would perform. When he was finished he showed me some areas of possible entry points and gave me some tips as to how to keep a look out on those areas. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him to anyone needing service.

Marques arrived early for his appointment! He explained the entire process before he began and answered all my questions about specific areas of concern. He was very efficient and professional. Marques was always smiling and a delight to work with!

Marques Lemons was our Pest Control advisor and did an excellent job on our yard. We're having a problem with wasps and he took care of every one of them. Excellent company!
