Katarzyna Ostrzenska M.D. (Dr. Kasia) Graduated from Warsaw academy of Medicine and completed her residency at The George Washington University. She is twice Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She has established a successful solo practice in St. Petersburg Florida (The Bay Medical Center) shortly after completing her residency. The practice centers around prevention but also provides help for the sick . She also created a alcohol/opioid addiction program due to the growing problem of addiction which strip patients of their lives and dignity. Dr. Kasia is a international speaker on a wide variety of topis. Her speaking engagement include: - International Federation of Gynecology and Obsterics (FIGO) in Chile - 1st World congress of reconstructive and cosmetic gynecology (RECOGYN) in India - Integrative Medicine Conference at the University of Miami - As well as local medical associations. Dr. Kasia is published in peer reviewed journals, created continuing medical education lectures for medical professionals. Dr. Kasia is often interviewed by Bay News 9 to give her opinion on "hot" medical topics and was also featured on Channel 8 news for her unusual practice style. Dr. Kasia also wrote a column for the Tampa Bay Times One of Dr. Kasia's passions is fitness. She is a certified fitness instructor and has created a fitness center within her practice, so she can help her patients become more active and healthy.
