Provided by YP.comAlthough taking the car in for its annual check ups, isn't high on the list of fun things to do, the folks here at Weiss Toyota make it pretty painless.
Everyone is friendly and my Service Advisor Prinz Villar was polite, friendly and very helpful. He went over everything before the work was done, and then reviewed the inspection checklist with me.

Provided by YP.comVery satisfied with the customer service we received with Weiss Toyota, specifically our Sales Consultant, Matthew Goodson. Mr. Goodson responded immediately upon initial e-mail, provided me the information I was looking for regarding the 2000 Toyota Camry. Mr. Goodson was very professional, and most importantly to me we did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. We have purchased several new and a couple of used cars over the years. I will say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have had, and, we will most definitely bypass the other dealerships when we are in the marked for a new car and make the trip to Weiss Toyota.

Tom went out of his way to locate the correct tire for our van so we did not have to come back a different day. He had the car ready to go as promised. Was very satisfied with the service at Weiss Toyota.

Provided by YP.comMy car was serviced on 6-19-15 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a complimentary visual inspection. Luckily for me, the inspection revealed I had a nail in my front tire. Needless to say, I got that fixed. I have dealt with Tom various times since having my YARIS and he is an asset to the dealership. I have in the past recommended Weiss to some of my friends and will continue to have my car serviced there.

Provided by YP.comJust wanted to take a few minutes to compliment the service staff at Weiss Toyota. I brought my car n for a 10,00 mile service and talked to Thomas Plager, my service advisor. I received fast and friendly service from him and after the service was completed, he walked through the service ticket with me step by step. I have also purchased a truck from Weiss and was treated with the upmost dignity and respect throughout the whole process. As much as I dislike most dealerships, Weiss stands out as a 1st class operation. I am always happy to visit this friendly dealership and their Toyota family.

From the superior service (just had my car serviced last week) to the friendliest and most knowledgable staff, there is nothing less than 5 stars about the entire experience. My Service Advisor Tom Plager was particularly great and made sure I was well taken care of. Special shout out to Casey Krebs who is awesome and helped me get into a 2014 Avalon (which is the best car I've owned - you should check one out). I wholeheartedly recommend Weiss Toyota to anyone out there looking to buy, lease, or service a car. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a set of Michelin tires, and Tiffany Blake (who made sure the correct sized tires arrived in time for my appointment) and Tom Plager (who handled my appointment) were great; and when one of my new tires had a slow leak, Dennis Perry was able to work me in without an appointment, resolve the issue (leaky valve) and get me rolling again! A big "Thanks" to the Weiss Service Department - keep up the good work!
