I had my car serviced at Weiss Toyota yesterday. I waited for it inside the waiting area. The customer service and the technicians did a fantastic job--polite, professional, and helpful.

Thank you Thomas Plager (Service Advisor) for doing a great job. You welcomed us by name, opened the door to service waiting area for my wife (handicapped), and brought the car up for us after service. Service was efficient and timely. A great dealership to service the vehicle.

I have been very pleased with the customer service I receive from Thomas Plager and my service technician Brian. They take the time to understand my needs and always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my service. This is why I return to Weiss for my two cars. Great job!

Bought our 2nd Highlander from Weiss Toyota two weeks ago. Just wanted to send a compliment to our salesman Jon Langenstein. He was great to work with and made sure we were completely happy with our new Highlander. Also, compliments to Weiss Service Department.

Weiss Toyota puts the customer first. Dennis, in the service department was patient as he explained what was going to be done to my car. My car was completed in a more than reasonable amount of time even though I didn't have an appointment. Thanks Dennis and the service team!

Our service advisor, Prinze Villar, made our day when he came into the waiting room holding a pair of someone's glasses and neck cord, and asking us if we'd run anyone over on the way in---we thought we had a brake cable dangling from our car. Although taking the car in for its annual check ups, isn't high on the list of fun things to do, the folks here at Weiss Toyota make it pretty painless.

Everyone is friendly and my Service Advisor Prinz Villar was polite, friendly and very helpful. He went over everything before the work was done, and then reviewed the inspection checklist with me.

Very satisfied with the customer service we received with Weiss Toyota, specifically our Sales Consultant, Matthew Goodson. Mr. Goodson responded immediately upon initial e-mail, provided me the information I was looking for regarding the 2000 Toyota Camry. Mr. Goodson was very professional, and most importantly to me we did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. We have purchased several new and a couple of used cars over the years. I will say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have had, and, we will most definitely bypass the other dealerships when we are in the marked for a new car and make the trip to Weiss Toyota.

Had a tire replaced on 6-26-15. Tom Coates was our service advisor at Weiss . Tom went out of his way to locate the correct tire for our van so we did not have to come back a different day. He had the car ready to go as promised. Was very satisfied with the service at Weiss Toyota.

I took my 4 runner in for service on 6-18-15. Thomas Plager was my service rep. he was so pleasant and professional. He made sure all my concerns were addressed, and all work was done and my car was finished on time. I will continue to recommend Weiss to anyone looking to buy or have their car serviced.,

My car was serviced on 6-19-15 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a complimentary visual inspection. Luckily for me, the inspection revealed I had a nail in my front tire. Needless to say, I got that fixed. I have dealt with Tom various times since having my YARIS and he is an asset to the dealership. I have in the past recommended Weiss to some of my friends and will continue to have my car serviced there.

My car was serviced by Weiss last Wednesday. MY service adviser was Tom Coates. Tom was very pleasant and helpful in getting my service preformed in a timely manner in spite of a mixup by another service manager who logged someone else in to the computer under my name,

We bring our Tundra here. They make it so simple and easy. Thomas Plager was great at ensuring that I had an excellent experience. He is so friendly, walked through the recall situation, and was very professional.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to compliment the service staff at Weiss Toyota. I brought my car n for a 10,00 mile service and talked to Thomas Plager, my service advisor. I received fast and friendly service from him and after the service was completed, he walked through the service ticket with me step by step. I have also purchased a truck from Weiss and was treated with the upmost dignity and respect throughout the whole process. As much as I dislike most dealerships, Weiss stands out as a 1st class operation. I am always happy to visit this friendly dealership and their Toyota family.

Weiss Toyota is simply the best dealership around. From the superior service (just had my car serviced last week) to the friendliest and most knowledgable staff, there is nothing less than 5 stars about the entire experience. My Service Advisor Tom Plager was particularly great and made sure I was well taken care of. Special shout out to Casey Krebs who is awesome and helped me get into a 2014 Avalon (which is the best car I've owned - you should check one out). I wholeheartedly recommend Weiss Toyota to anyone out there looking to buy, lease, or service a car. You will not be disappointed.

The people at the Weiss Service Department are professional and courteous (as usual). I recently purchased a set of Michelin tires, and Tiffany Blake (who made sure the correct sized tires arrived in time for my appointment) and Tom Plager (who handled my appointment) were great; and when one of my new tires had a slow leak, Dennis Perry was able to work me in without an appointment, resolve the issue (leaky valve) and get me rolling again! A big "Thanks" to the Weiss Service Department - keep up the good work!

My Service Advisor, Tom Coats, is awesome. He works with me to keep my car in great condition and treats me like family. Weiss Service Department has taken care of my car for years. I trust Weiss Toyota.
