The staff can be very helpful and understanding of your situation. They allow a couple days before charging a late fee in case you forget to pay your bill or need a little more time to gather your funds.

This is absolutely one of the best storage facilities I’ve ever stored at! The management team is exceptional and very professional. Clean and secure. Cameras are located throughout whole property and Sonja is always ensuring our items are safe. Another plus are the rates and definitely pay for what you get here. They were straight forward and didn’t try to up sell. Will definitely be returning. Also have a wide selection of moving supplies that came in handy with my move. Overall no complaints and will bring my business here again in the future!

Im a Student and Sac State and when the Pandemic hit I needed a place to leave all my stuff since I live I Hawaii. The staff here where very helpful and accommodating with my situation. Definitely would recommend storing your stuff here!

Moving to Hawai'i was hard but being able to have people who make sure your stuff stays put is so nice!! The staff is so friendly and they have helped me out countless times while living in Hawaii. Great staff and great affordable place.
