I can only say good things about this storage facility.My initial contact with them was very friendly and informative, and they’ve been easy to communicate with, always ready to help answer questions or solve problems, and generally very kind and friendly. Can recommend without hesitation!

Very patient and nice. Plenty of driving around space and love the security. You don't need to get off your vehicle to access the key pad.

I have had this unit less than a year and the owners are always so helpful and it is very much appreciated!!

I love this storage center. The grounds are immaculate and the units are clean. To make the “topping on the cake,” the managers, Ambrosia and her husband rock this out of the park by their happy spirits and helpfulness. They treat the customers like family and when I call they answer the phone by saying my name. If I need anything, they are on the money with expedience! This is the go to place for your storage needs if you want safety and great customer care!

Staff is always professional and polite.Great discount offers too! If I ever need storage again I will return here.

the facility is clean. onsite customer service is not excellent, but is okay. they offer a discount if you post a review. details were not too clear until I made a review & I was told it was not valid and discount would not be applied. the online chat manager applied the discount after onsite management advised me it wouldn't be applied. online chat manager provided excellent customer service. will consider a different storage facility at a lower cost

Never had any issues been there about a year. The move in process was quick and I like how your monthly rate includes insurance.

hi RVers I'm writing this new review because I can't figure out how to edit the old one,, the standing water issue in the RV yard has been taken care of,, they did what they had promised,, I'm happy to let you know this,,,I will continue storing my RV there for as long as they'll have me it is a safe and secure facility, the managers are very helpful ,,,Stanley and Ambrosia really stepped up an took care of the problem in a timely manner thank you very much. Happy camper

very personal and a great place to store my belongings. One time I had my niece lock my unit and she didn't do it correctly so, my unit was unlocked. I received a call from them and they even put an additional lock on it until I came.

Very nice facility and friendly staff. I don’t have concerns about storing my thangs here. And, it’s close to home. I have been using this facility since April and they always let me know of any deals to help me save each month. This includes great first month rates, reviews that help you save, raffles, and every time you check in you get a little gift!

This is my second time renting storage from Security Public Storage. My first experience was excellent and it was this great experience that brought me back a second time!

i love everything about security public storage from prices to locations and cleanliness of property, sizes and availability. very satisfied, been here 2 months and i am very pleased with my current location (fruitrdge location) especially since I've had some not so good past experiences...I am relieved to know my belongings are safe and secure.
