I enjoyed Bruce's property management class on Tuesday in Sacramento. You provided lots of good and useful information for us. I will appreciate periodically receiving information on rental trends in the Sacramento area. Thank you!

Working with Susie as my property manager has been very easy. My house is well-maintained, the tenants are wells screened and I have a peace of mind.

I rate M & M and Jim as highly professional. Of course, I understand there is always chemistry involved between property owner and manager, and it takes some luck to find the right property manager for each individual. I highly recommend M & M Property Management.

So glad I switched over to this property management co! They are so professional and so easy to work with. I used to manage my property myself and just stopped wanting to deal with it.
