We had a severe ant problem, they were everywhere you can imagine and no matter what we tried we could not get rid of them. Plus if that wasn't enough we started seeing more and more spiders as it got hotter. I could not take it anymore and called R&D Pest Services. I received a call within 10mins from Manny the technician. I told him about our problem and he was out the next day to spray. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and I do not see any more ants. I am so happy and only wish I would've called sooner!!!

We called R&D for help with an ant invasion. After receiving a very reasonable quote, Mike E. came out and explained the process in a very friendly and professional way, sprayed around the outside of the house, and that was it. It's been a few days and we haven't seen one live ant since the spraying. Awesome service!

We've used them several times and they're great. Fast, efficient and friendly. The first time we used them was for ants several years ago. We haven't had an ant since. They're also very good about taking pets into consideration.

My review is for their customer service which they're great with. Thankfully the bugs are gone too :)

From the initial call to schedule, to the thorough pest treatment done to the interior and exterior of my home, I was so pleased! Manny came out and did a great job, he was awesome with my dog, answered all my questions with informative answers, did excellent work, and was extremely respectful to my husband and I. We look forward to being pest-free all year thanks to this great local business:)

We had a horrible flea infestation a few years back due to some stray cats and R&D was able to come right out and treat the problem. It took some time, but they did it. We have been using them routinely now every couple months spraying the perimeter of the house and we have no issues with ants or spiders. With small kids, that’s very nice. Great service, affordable, and so professional, you will not regret using them!

Dan did our initial service on our home that we recently moved into because we had a lot of extra spiders, bugs, etc. that we didn't like. Since the service, we have seen very limited bugs, and when we do they are dead. They crossed the line. Customer service is exceptional as well. We will definitely continue on a preventative service.

We just moved in our new home and were having issues with Springtails coming in through the window and door areas. I definitely do not want bugs in my home so I called customer service at R& D and they answered right away and advised I would receive a call back from Paul. Paul called back right away and we set up the appointment for the next day. He took the time to listened to our concern and was knowledgeable and professional. We were happy with the service and glad to get rid of the Springtails in our home. We signed up for the quarterly service. At least I know if we have more issues come up with pests R& D will take care of them.

R&D Pest Services was excellent! Their operator took my information down and said a phone call would be returned shortly and literally 10 minutes later I received a call back. Paul answered my questions thoroughly and was available for service the day we had requested.

I called R&D as soon as escrow closed on our home and they were able to schedule a tech to come spray within the weekend. Dan showed up promptly to our home, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process.

I spoke with the owner Mike prior to booking our appointment and he shared which pests we would come into contact most frequently and recommended the best program to keep these bugs at bay.

R&D was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend working with Mike and his team.

I was getting a lot of ants and other pests around my property and Dan came out and took care of the problem right away. He was very courteous and professional. Great job!

Fantastic and quick service. We had a group of bees take home in our attic and R & D was out the next day (it was 8 pm when we noticed the bees) and took care of them. It has been about month later and we have not had any issues with bees or other insects in our house. Paul was our technician and he was very friendly and informative.

I just had my initial service performed by R&D Pest Services. Their customer service is very good. I got a phone call from them within an hour of requesting a quote online. They scheduled me right away and the technician arrived on time, was courteous, and performed a thorough inspection of our property prior to applying the treatment. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends/family. I got their BI monthly service so that i have a peace of mind that the pests can be totally be removed and will be cheaper for me to have them visit my property again.
