Purchased a top of the line TRANE a/c from Wolff 3 years ago. Cost, including installation, was $8800. Have had some problems with the a/c and have a difficult time getting repair or routine service from Wolff. Last summer we tried to get them over to perform routine inspection. They blew us off and never returned calls. Had them over today to look at why the unit just kept running. They supposedly identified and fixed the problem with a $79 service call. Now I sit here (7-28-09) while the temperature in my house is 85 and climbing rapidly. The unit doesn't work at all after they "fixed" it. It will be at least 2 hours until they come back to fix whatever they fixed the first time. This is the second time this has happened to us with this company. If you are thinking of purchasing high-end equipment through this company, use caution.

I had Wolff Mechanical put in a new Trane unit in early June. The job was clean and professional and the new unit works great. The Wolff employees were helpful and finished the job in less time than what was expected. I also priced this unit with 2 other companies and Wolff was right in line with others pricing.

I have contracted with Wolff Mechanical on several projects since the early 90s. They are professional and they really no their stuff when it comes to heating and air conditioning. On several occassions Wolff has been able to come up with creative solutions to help my remodel customers. You really have watch out for the bad companies when it comes to service. I would highly recommend Wolff Mechanical.

I have had Wolff Mechanical install the AC system on my last 2 homes in Scottsdale, they do a great job, on time and under budget.

Never disappointed and I have used them for 8 years.
