The Sears service person was on time and called 10 minutes before his arrival. He had the parts neccessary to fix my washer with him. He was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain the what and why of our washer breakdown. He also gave us tips on washer care to promote fresh smelling washed clothing. Sears repair personnel have always provided excellent service to me and I highly recommend them.

Sears AC Tech arrived ahead of schedule went right to the source of why our Heat Pump Central Unit was cutting in and out. In a matter of minutes he found the part that needed to be replace. He had the part on hand and even told me the last time Sears changed it. I've been with Sears repair service for 43 years and believe they serve their customers professionally. Go Sears!

The repair man was very knowledgeable and repaired the refrigerator promptly. He gave me some tips on what to do in the future and how to keep the coils clean.

Great as always! Whenever the Sears guys come out they always are helpful and listen to the issues I am having with my product and give me advice on what I can do to help the situation or they fix it or replace it altogether!

Sears came when they said they would be there and the part arrived before them. My ice maker was fixed in no time.
