I want to say thank you to the Scott Roofing crews. From the first phone call to the final job done. I want to thank them for helping me pick what we needed to have done to the roof, things I didn't even think of. The job was way beyond what I expected it to be.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethics. I was unhappy with the placement of my front gutter and thoroughly amazed and appreciative they would replace it at no cost to me. I would recommend Scott Roofing hands down!

Scott Roofing Company employees recently installed a tile roof on my house. When I received the evaluation form, I rated every Scott employee with whom I had contact with the highest rating because each did such a good job. I said in that evaluation that they have every right to use the phrase, "Call the Pros" because all the people operate as professionals.

Jake from Scott Roofing deserves a 15 on a scale of 1-10. Extremely attentive to the work to be done. communicative skills outstanding, when the job was completed correctly only then was I asked for the final walk through and final payment. Very respectful.

In 2005 we had a leak. Found Scott n the phone book and called because they were family owned. Very pleasant to talk to and was accurate in scheduling. The estimator, Earl, was a pleasure to work with. The explained the roof repair, the benefits, financing options and expectations. Great job the whole way through.

Just a short note to you and your company for a “Job Well Done”. the Ahwatukee Recreation Center contracted Scott Roofing to repair and foam the roof on our Fitness Center. Although the total project was done in a professional manner, the following areas were exceptionally professionally presented:

1. Craig presented a very professional and detailed proposal, including aerial views of the project

2. Tony, on site Supervisor did an exceptional job in communicating with me on a daily basis and keeping me advised on the project and any project issues

3. Communications: three companies were involved in this project. Tony and his staff did an exceptional job in communicating and coordinating the roofing project among these companies

4. Excellent on-site supervision.

It was my experience with Bob that made me decide to go with Scott Roofing. The first reason I chose your company was because Bob was the ONLY estimator that walked, measured and diagramed the entire roof. Your competitors only focused on the area that I had a problem with. The second reason was Bob’s willingness to check at the bone yard to try to find matching tiles. Your competitor’s didn’t even offer. The third reason was that Bob took the time to sit down and go over everything in detail. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.

I had gathered three bids from your competitors and Scott Roofing was not the most affordable. However, after talking with Bob and comparing how he approached his bid against your competitors, I felt more comfortable going with Scott Roofing and paying the higher price because I believed that my repairs would be done correctly.

Dear Mr. Scott, your employees, Fred C. – Installer, and his helper, Dusten, are to be commended on the excellent installation and replacement of Mexican tile on our front bay window tile area. This is the second roofing replacement your company has done for us. You should be proud of the work they have done.

Recently had Scott Roofing come out and look at a hole in my roof. Jeff gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions and he gave me his card, told me to call anytime if I needed. I also got the total cost and exactly what work would cover and about when the work would start. Very polite and knowledgeable.

I wanted to drop a line and let you know what a pleasure it is to work with your company and its employees – especially Brad who came out last week and check out my leak, reassured me I had no mold and that the repairs done in 2009 were good and did not cause the new leak. He couldn’t have been nicer if he tried – professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and put on those booties for me!

I mean, who does this anymore? I thought I had bounced back in time – 20 to 30 years ago – when this type of service was EXPECTED!

We hired Scott Roofing to re-roof our home last February after it was in poor shape from lack of repair and exposure to the elements. At all times during the job they were exceedingly careful to keep the job site clean and to leave no mess at the end of the day. Our family really appreciated that. We also had a lot of interaction with our roofing consultant who was a true blessing. We only have high praise for the quality of your work which we will, of course, appreciate over the years. Now that the tear off and re-roofing of our 36 condominium units is complete we wanted to let you know of our evaluation of the work and the way it was performed. Scott Roofing just completed a project on the apartment building I own and they did a very professional job. The supervisor was excellent, and the workers are very skilled. They were very careful about safety, since residents were going in and out all day. I'd be happy to refer any potential future business to them.

Scott Roofing does work to the highest standard. When there were issues they were fixed quickly and with no added cost. The workers were very professional and easy to work with. The supervisor was there most of the time to make sure things were done right and did his share of the work too. They listened to us and helped us understand what was going on whenever we asked and were receptive to suggestions as well. They were always on time and on schedule, and even stayed late a couple nights and finished with flashlights. I recommend that anyone in need of roof work give them a call. A+ business.

Scott Roofing replaced our roof just before Thanksgiving. Through past experience with other companies, we just had average expectations. I am writing this because they surpassed anything we expected. The superintendent and his crew provided excellent service and results. Their work was thorough yet efficient, and they were all professional and polite. Any questions we had were answered clearly and willingly.
