I didnt have the oppurtunity to go to the crematorium but i heard many great things from my fellow classmates. I asked them what the experience was like and they said it was interesting and exciting. They had gotten to see everything in the crematorium and were amazed at how clean and neat it was. I hope sometime i will be able to pay a visit to the crematorium and see for myself how nice it is.

I didnt get to make it to the Crematorium but from what I heard from my fellow classmates was that it was very clean, and a really nice place. They all told me that I would have loved to see it. Karen I heard was a really nice lady. I really wanted to be there, and wish I could have been.

I recently went on a tour at these facilities and was surprised on how these services cater to the needs of the customers. They are completely dedicated to the making the loss of your pet as painless as possible and I really recomend these services to anyone who needs help keeping the spirt of their pet alive with them.

I went to Pals pet & animal lovers service for a field trip. it was an amazing experience. Eveyone there was so kind and friendly, and their place of bussiness is so clean and very welcoming. Their prices are very afordable i know i will go there as a client for my pet when they pass on. Thank you Karen for the wounderful experience.

I recently went on a tour of the facilities and was very impressed by how professional and organized they were. I will definitely be using their services in the future for any pet cremation needs I may need in the future. Thank you, Karen, for taking the time out of your busy time for the tour!

Thank you for inviting all of us from carrington college to come and visit your fascinating facility. It was a true learning experient. It was nice touring the place and seeing how seriously you take your job. Its interesting to learn more about the cremation process and how you help owners with their grieving.

I was very impressed with a class trip to Pals. They put my mind at ease about having a beloved pet cremated. They gave us a tour of the facility and it was clean and organized, the way they keep track of a beloved pet. Thank you for the information and showing me how dedicated and loving you are at a time when people most need it.

I was very surprised after a recent visit to PALS to find out just how much they care for our deceased pets. The facility was very clean, organized and they walked me through the steps taken for cremation of my pet. They also do a fantastic job of tracking the pet through the entire process, my mind is at ease knowing they are taking care of my family member (pet) after deceased. Thank you PALS!

I thought it was very organized and I was extremely impressed and they have a true passion for what they do. It wasn't at all what I expected, i found it interesting and now I am am able to talk to future clients and share a little of my knowledge.

2/21/2012 Position: Student Veterinary Assistant, Carrington College, Mesa Campus, Mesa Az. PALS - Pet & Animal Services Founder and Owner Katherine Heuerman, Invited us to tour her Crematory for animals. I was very impressed on the Professional, Dedication, Cleanliness and Care given to every aspect of Respecting a pets final interment. Katherine Heuerman gave a complete education of what and how PALS business is dedicated to providing the best for Owners of deceased pets that will be Cremated, and that Pals also extends it services to the City of Phoenix and surrounding towns. The Steps to insure that pets are not lost in with other remains are tagged step by step, the care is incredible. Not only the documentation but the emotional aspects are also noted and tended to with all forethought - the prices of small containers/urns are very economical, the information for owners - Legal, Time it takes, After care.... Lots of information - All well organized in Pamphlets.

I attend Carrington College and today was our field trip to PALS, at first I wasn't sure what to expect, but once the tour started I was very amazed at the services they offer and how organized they are. I had my Meyka put down a couple of years ago through my Vet clinic, I wasn't aware that they used the services of PALS, once I got home I checked and sure enough PALS is the company that handled one of the worst days of my life. I intend to reach out to PALS and get their new cedar orn for Meyka.

I went to PALS today for a field trip with my veterinary assisting class and I would like to say that It was very interesting and I enjoyed being able to tour the place. Seeing how I had my dog Sammie cremated by PALS, It was really nice to have the owner go over the procedures with us. I felt a little closure knowing that they do make sure you get YOUR pets cremains back if you request a single cremation. The place is very clean and organized and I would recommend using PALS to anyone. Thank you for your services.

I had to recently put my pet down. It was so comforting to know that my baby was being taken care of by the best. I have heard from other people about how great they were with their animals and I have to agree. Not only did they cremate my baby they put her in a nice urn with a beautiful name plate. I would recommend them to anyone who has to depart with their loved animals.

I recently had to have my dog put down. I was so glad to know that we could have her cremated with her ashes returned to us. Thank you for filling the hole in my heart. We are SO grateful to have our baby with us again. :)

Kaibab Animal Hospital has been utilizing the service of PALS for many years. They have ALWAYS been reliable, professional and courteous. Our clients have also been appreciative of the kindness that PALS employees have shown them during what is often the most difficult time.

We have been using PALS at our veterinary clinic now for over 5 years. I couldn't imagine a more professional and respectable group of individuals. Rest assured, your pets remains will be kept with the utmost respect and care.

I had to euthanize my beloved feline shelter pet , Jack ,because his kidneys had failed him and he wasn't feeling good anymore. PALS had Jack's ashes back to me in no time in a very nice velvet cover. Whenever I have had the pleasure of contacting them, I have encountered friendly and caring people who handle their business professionally and promptly.

Pals has been a great partner with the Arizona Humane Society. They have provided us with Reliable service when we are helping our clients deal with one of the most difficult times in dealing with the loss of their cherished pets. Thanks for your dedication to help us.

I was referred to PALS by my cousin who has used them for years. The staff was AWESOME, very, very professional and courteous and most of all CARING... Which during this time is a plus for any animal lover as our pets our family..I was able to spend a few minutes with my Fantumm, before they took him..The office is very clean, open and welcoming... I felt a sense of calmness when i arrived. The urn that he is in is beautiful. I have told my other pet lover friends about my experience and I know I will be back to use their services again..
