Our inspector was very thorough, spending over 4 hours on site. He picked up on several things that the average inspector might have missed, such as some rotted fascia board. He also went up into the crawl space of the attic, which required a ladder and some maneuvering, whereas another inspector might have just peered in with a flashlight. He provided a completed report that same evening, and the report very clearly (with pictures, arrows, etc.) Thanks again.

A business owners biggest nightmare - I saw black dots appear on my wood work at the office. I am in health care so the thought of mold really did not appeal to me. I hired MI&T and he walked me through the process, took samples and had it analyzed. Although it was mold, it was not the "bad" type. He told me exactly how to resolve the issue and everything was fine. I really appreciated how nice he is and how well-informed he is. If I have an issue in the future, he is the first one I will call

Look no further if you want an inspection done since these guys are professional, fairly priced and do a fantastic job. We worked with MI&T for a condo purchase and would highly recommend them. The inspector arrived right on time and walked us through the key issues (inside / outside) and explained everything as he went. He brought a friendly and knowledgable attitude to what could otherwise be a stressful or unpleasant experience. Also, he is a great guy who you will enjoy working with.
