Cant say anything out of the ordinary. One thing I notice is the staff is very friendly as well as quickly responsive over the phone. With the promise of a call back in under an hour, Id say 10 minutes is fair game.

Cars on site are real nice. Selection is right there which I find the choice of a new car much easier if you can actually see whats there instead of a mag or briefing about it.
