I am totally outraged by this company's complete lack of customer service skills and disregard of their customers. I AHS for honoring my wish to NEVER have this substandard company out to my home again. In particular the owner of this company "Josh" seriously lacks the professionalism and customer service skill to be in business, let alone a sub contractor for a major home warranty provider. It is because of customers that he is in business so he should seek csr training asap. After his tech guaranteed a part was on order and the service would be completed the next day, it didn't happen. I never received a courtesy call and had to call myself. Then "Josh" had the audacity to become defensive, insult me by saying "oh well, the parts on order, it gets here when it gets here, deal with it!", then laugh at me when I asked to speak with his superior, and then hang up on me! I was outraged when I found out he was the owner! If this is how this company conducts business, I will go elsewhere!

Great customer service. The supervisor Josh showed up on time to fix my bumb microwave after I was stood up by another appliance company 3 times. The technician was professional, polite, and respected my requirement to remove his shoes in my house with white carpet. He was very polite, which is rare for service repair companies. I don't know why other reviews here are so negative, but I can only speak for myself. Our microwave had been broken for 2 weeks and we were thankful to have it finally fixed! I would definately recommend this company without reservations.

Incompetent work charged over 500 dollars and appliance not repaired. refuses to give refund

This company was sent out by American Home Shield to fix a leaking dishwasher. 1st Visit: Repairman from Appliance Resource and Rescue of Surprise, AZ shows up after I waited for 4 hours and says the dishwasher is not repairable. 2nd Visit: Josh thinks he can fix it. He tries, but says it is a bad gasket that is to blame. He readjusts the dishwasher because he said it was also installed poorly. The dishwasher still leaks and the door is hard to close now. 3rd Visit: I called them after they failed to show in the morning. They said I had an afternoon appt - BS. I was told at 12:30 they were on their way. No one showed. I received a call at 7:30 that evening saying they did not show because they realized they did not have the right gasket - double BS. 4th Visit: They installed the gasket and now the door pops open on during the cycle which is a HUGE safety issue for our child being burned by the hot steam. 5th Visit: They came back out and said give the gasket another week!

I have an extended warranty I bought with Service Protection Advantage.I called and they sent up an appointment for me with these clowns. I called the day before to confrirm my appointment time. Left three messages with no call back. Finally got ahold of Josh at 5:00 who confirmed the appointment. Cleared my schedule and made sure to be home between 8-12. At 12:20 called and left a message to find out when the repairman would be here. Called and left a message at 1:30 asking "PLEASE call and let me know when the repairman will be here." Looked up these reviews on the internet and knew I was in trouble. Called SPA who scheduled me with another company. Obviously these bozos don't care what people think about their company and have no concern for their customers. If you are foolish enough to use this business, then don't complain about the problems they WILL cause you. Too bad they are allowed to be given a star as they deserve none.

Worst appliance company ever...........if you have American Home Shield as Insurance for your appliances, call and state you want this company on your NO CALL LIST!! They suck!!!!! JOSH is owner and JOSH JR is the son! They LIE!!!

I am blown away that a national brand like Home depot actually contracts with these people. My washer broke 1 month ago and these guys broke other components in my LG washer when they attempted to fix it. They have showed up unanounced. They never return phone calls. When you call you always get a voicemail system asking you to leave a message, however leaving a message would be in vain. When I finally contacted them they said they had received the parts that they needed and that they would come out the following Monday between 1 and 4pm. They never showed, nevere called. I called them and left another message and they still have not called me back (1 business day later). I called home depot and they contacted the this God awful company and their response was that they haven't recevied the parts. (So they lie as well). Awful, awful, awful.

This has to be - bar none - THE WORST company that I have ever dealt with. After a horrible first experience with them severl months ago (no show on first scheduled visit, late on the second and a whole slew of other issues), I requested that American Home Shield never assign them to me again. Unfortunately, they keep coming up like a bad penny, and I ended up with them for a second service call for an unbalanced / vibrating washing machine, which I am still dealing with. I had a 3-6 pm window and the tech showed up at 5:57 pm, and then just told me that my washer feet were worn out, but just clean underneath and put rubberized shelf liner under the feet to stop vibration. Of course, this did not work, and now I've been trying for 2 days (because they don't return phone calls) to get them to come back out. They refuse to do Saturday or evening calls and constantly act inconvenienced that they have to provide service to you at all. JUST HORRIBLE.

I can’t believe that a business can has this kind of service and still STAY in business. They don’t come when they say they will. They will NEVER call you back! They will also NEVER answer their phone. We needed a water softener disconnected and reconnected in another home. We have been trying to get this work done for the past 4 days only to have the softener disconnected and the pipes not closed. We ended up having to fire these guys and calling a REAL service center for after hours emergency service call. And guess what??? They came when they said they would and finished in ONE appointment.

This is the worst dealing I have ever had with a company! They didn't even bother to order my part until 2 days after they were out to see my washer, they never call back, you can barely understand them on the phone, and when they attmepted to fix my washer, they dumped all the water that was in there on my floor and didn't bother to clean it up. Now I attempeted to use my washer and its leaking all over the floor and I tried to call them back, and they disconnected me! Tried to call back and got their useless answering machine. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS LOOSERS

Thay called and set up an appointment when ordered from the warrantee company. Didn't show and was not even considerate enough to call and inform me.This is not good business at all. Surely not trustworthy.

Icalled the repair co. they came out as they promised and did a great job. I will definatly call them again

If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have. This company was dispatched to me through my home warranty company, and they've been a nightmare since day one. They first came to assess the issue and said that they needed to order a part. It took a little over a week for the part to arrive, and when it did, they called and wanted to install like NOW. When I told them that I would be unavailable the rest of the week, they pushed for it to get done before the weekend, and I finally agreed...only to sit home for 3 hours and have them not show up! Just recently called to have them come back out (because the same issue is still happening), they made an appointment for today...and they didn't call, and didn't show up!!! I called and complained to the warranty company, and they contacted ARR. ARR said they would come out this evening and just to call when I was back home. I called twice...no answer...no technician, and I had to call the warranty company AGAIN to complain!
