After hitting a deer with my brand new car (2700 miles on it), my dealer recommended Great Plains. They did an excellent job on the repair and the work was done a week earlier than first predicted.

As a new member of the community I selected Great Plains based on its convenient location, and have now used them twice. Both times they have been highly responsive to my needs and the repairs completed on my veichles have been second to none in quality! I am pleased to recommend them to my friends!

i had no idea where to go, but my dealer recomended great plains. boy, i'm glad they did. the also were on my insurance list for billing. i got my car back 2 days ago and i can't even tell it was damaged.

I got my car back today after a bunch of hail damage ocurred. Only took 3 days to fix with paintless dent removal. they had a enterprise right in house which made it convienent. i will go gack again, if i have to that is.

Got pretty good damage donw to my truck. They fixed it up and had it back fast. Worked with Travis. Very happy trucker!

Two weeks before we left home to go south for the winter, I hit a deer. I never seen it coming. Thankfully, the car was drivable. I made a claim to my insurance company, they gave me a list of shops. Rock scissors, I picked Great Plains. I called them and explained my situation, I left the car at the airport, they picked it up and repaired and baby sat it for the winter. When I returned, I had a voice mail on my phone, telling me where the car was parked. My mind was racing. Would the car be where they said it would be. It was cold, would it start? I found the car where they said it would be. Unlocked the door, hit the starter, and away I went. I guess the only ones that didn't enjoy this experience was my insurance company ($7000 yikes) and the deer.

I got my car back friday and all that i can say is wow. Completely detailed and ready to go. They had it for two weeks. major front and rear damage. everything went well and was done ahead of schedule. they even direct billed my insurance co.

Great Plains did a wonderful job on my car. I have taken it to them twice now, in the same year, both for hitting a deer. Very personable and thorough. They updated me as it was coming along. Having Enterprise in the building was a great time saver! Nicely done! I will recommend them to anyone who wants great service, beautiful work and a quick turnaround time!

Straight shooters, work done fast, great staff. Why go any place else? You won't regret it.

After getting stuck in a hail storm I took my van here to get fixed. The front desk staff was great and helped me with my 2 and 4 year old while someone else went over the damage and total cost with me. I got my van back early - which this mom loved!!

I really could not say enough good things about Great Plains. They really went above and beyond to help me in my car "situation." They were fair, fast and all around great. The place didn't feel like an auto body shop, it was clean, relaxed and fun. You know when you go to Jiffy Lube and they try to upgrade your oil change by selling you an air filter? There is NONE of this here. It was straight forward and honest.



I REALLY enjoyed this business in such a awful situation. Plus the have a car rental place right there so I didn't need to run around town.

i had the worst service experience with manager Ed. after i got my car back from them, i realized my autostarter remote control wasn't the same condition before i left. so i brought it it and talked to him. he said that that wasn't their responsibility. they dropped my car key and broke the lcd screen on my car remote control and telling me that i was wrong? and i was trying to blaim on them? after little over 3 minutes, he kept saying, we are not going anywhere with that matter. yes because i wanted them to apologize and he didn't admit the fault that they made. it was a brand remote control and it doesn't have to have a scratch on it in order to prove that they broke it. it was very unpleasant experience and i never want to go back.
