I had an auto accident and the car was badly damaged last year. I was referred to Great Plains Auto Body at 14540 Grover Street, Omaha. The staff were friendly. The estimate was done right away. Enterprise car rental was on-site, very convenient. The repair job was done on time as promised. I like the job. I recommend this body shop.

I was referred to Great Plains from my neighbor and have not been dissappointed. I was involved in a accident on the interstate and took my car in for an estimate. The staff was friendly and informative and helped arrange a rental car while mine was being repaired. My car was in excellent condition before the accident and I wanted to make sure it resembled that when it was repaired. They did an excellent job.

I have worked with Seth before and delt with Rick for the first time on this car. Both were very helpfut and took good care of our needs. I would have no trouble reconending Great Planes Auto Body to anybody who need auto body repair service, they do very good work.

Seth did an outstanding repair job on my Mercedes, looks like brand new. The speed of the repair and quality was next to none.

We were very concerned about the paint match on our pearl white vehicle. Ed was very reassuring and the paint matched perfectly when we picked up our car. The repairs were done properly, the car was completed on time. There were no hassles at any point during the repair procedure. The entire staff was always helpful & courteous. GP exceeded our expectations. What else could you ask for?

After my accident, I called Ed at Great Plains. From that moment on my worries were gone. He gave me all the information I could have asked for. He explained the repair process and identified some things that were not even part of the accident. He was honest and frequent with his updates to let me know the progress. The repairs turned out great. The manager "Matt" also came out to look over the finished product as I was arriving and explained the repairs as if it was his own. Truck looked brand new. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted by the girls at the front counter. Then I met Seth who took excellent care of my car. Seth was always keeping me updated on the progress and keeping everything rolling along. I never had to make a call to the insurance company, they took care of everything. I would never go anywhere else. I recommend to everyone. 10 stars.

I would have never thought they could repair and detail 2 trucks and return them so quickly, 2nd time there with vehicles and have always recieved professional, courteous and fast service. Trucks were hail damaged and repaired beyond our expectations. GREAT JOB and thanks.

After being hit in a parking lot I was not looking forward to the repair phase. Great Plains not only made the process easy but did an outstanding job. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the repair work or happier with the customer service. Everyone that I dealt with made sure that all of my questions were answered and that things were handled in a timely manner. The on site Enterprise car rental service was outstanding as well. A car was waiting for me at the time of my drop off and I was able to drop the car off when mine was ready again. I would recommend Great Plains Auto Body to anyone that I know and I would trust them with my business in the future.

My car dealer recommended that I stop by Great Plains Auto Body to see if they could do anything about surface scratches on the hood of my Honda CRV. The scratches were a result of my using an abrasive sponge to remove bugs and tar from my hood (at the time I had no idea). When I arrived at Great Plains without an appointment, I was greeted by Seth. I told him what had happened and he immediately took my car into the back garage and had Nicole buff out the scratches. They also washed and waxed my car. When I tried to pay them, they refused to take anything. I also tried to tip Nicole and they said it wasn't necessary. I've been telling my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers about Great Plains. I won't hesitate to go back if I ever need to. Very friendly and the customer service and work they do is excellent. I just bought a brand new car that had approximately 3000 miles on it and it was damaged in the last hail storm in Blair. I took it to Great Plains because I've been there before and it was on my insurance companies preferred list. I couldn't have been happier with the results. The car looks new again. The employees are very professional and I appreciated all that they did.

I had just bought a brand new vehicle and got rear-ended. As you can imagine I was furious. I took my vehicle to Great Plains and was instantly reassured that my vehicle would be good as new. Sure enough, the fixed my SUV, washed it and cleaned it out. They helped me file an insurance claim since I had never been in an accident before, and had Enterprise right there to loan me a rental car for the day. I dropped it off at 7am and it was done by 5pm. Great service, would recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I have a 2011 Mazda CX-7. I had my car for only a few weeks and I was in an accident. The insurance company said they work with Great Plains and wondered if I was interested in going there. I said yes because I thought it would be a smooth process since my insurance company already works with them. It was close to my house and the people were so nice. They explained that since it wasn't my fault no payment was needed. It was easy to get the car rental because it is in the same office. They said it would take a couple of days and it was ready the next day! When I look at my car you can't even tell it was in an accident. Thank You to all of the Team at Great Plains!! You have won all my auto business!

Took my Dodge Neon in on a Friday to get some front end repair work done. It was estimated they would get it done on Wednesday, but they got it done on Monday, two days earlier than expected. Only problem I noticed was my driver speaker was still not working when I picked up the car, but they pulled it right back into the shop and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

I had owned my 2011 car for less than 24 hours when someone backed into it. Great Plains was recommended to me by both the car dealer and the insurance company. My car was repaired in only one day, and it looks just like it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot! I dealt with very courteous people throughout the repair procedure. I will definitely return if I need their services in the future.

They do good work -- and on time. Early even. The service writer went beyond the call of duty to clean off some smudges on the car that were totally unrelated to the repair work.
