I can judge this because I work at a mcdoanlds. The service was Iincredibly slow. Especially cause we were the only ones in here. A worker taking our order was taking a drink while taking our order. He than took the next guys order by saying "sup dude. What can I get you"

Not the first time I've had a problem here. Today the lid fell off and my drink went everywhere and they gave me an egg white on my bacon egg and cheese instead of the regular egg. You people really want $15 an hour? You don't deserve it. That was my last visit there.

Truly pitiful

Really??? You fire someone for doing a good deed??? And she paid for it? She should have been rewarded. Not like it matters but I'm boycotting all mcdonalds locations. (Besides, it will be better for my diet.)

Service has been horrible since Heather has left. The owner needs to realize it's wrong to fire someone for being charitable to others - guess all they care about is their bottom line and not about the community. I'm boycotting this location and will find out if there are any other local franchises owned by this owner so that they don't get any of my business ever again.

Shame, shame, shame

This establishment is not friendly to the community it serves or it's employees. There are other places to eat. I suggest going to one of those other places and let this one sit empty. It does not deserve the one star that I had to give it in order to post this comment.

BOYCOTT THIS MCDONALDS! They fired a manager who was kind enough to pay $83.00 of her own money to buy food for some firefighters who'd battled a blaze nearby because this restaurant was too cheap and uncaring to donate the food for these brave men and women! Shame on you, McDonalds! I will NEVER buy anything from you again and I'll share this so that my friends and family wont either, you cheap, unfeeling, cold hearted bunch of pricks!

Shame on you. She was doing a good deed, ever heard of it. The manager was lying. You should fire him and give the lady her job back.

I have spent all morning sharing the story about how this location fired that wonderful woman who spent her own money to buy food for firefighters and got fired for it on facebook and twitter and urged everyone else to pass it on! I want every single person in the country to know how horrible they were to her! This day and age there is just so much evil in the world and ANY EMPLOYER would be LUCKY to have such a kindhearted compassionate and honest person working for them, but this just goes to show.... no good deed goes unpunished especially when it comes to corporate greed! I live in Bristol Virginia but I will no long spend my hard earned dollars at Mcdonalds and THOUSANDS of other people are feeling exactly the same way! MCDONALDS IN OLEAN - YOU SUCK!

I looked for the franchisee (easy to do via the NY Secretary of State website). That info is:

T. Meyers Enterprises Inc

(716) 665-3434

6 N Alberta St

Falconer, NY 14733

When I called the above number, their automated voice system answered with "Thank you for calling McDonald's." So I knew I had the right place. I left a message for their HR person (x222). And I promised I would get this information out on FB.

Never underestimate the power of a legal assistant who has been forced into early retirement.

If you support firefighters - then DO NOT eat at this McDonalds! Shame on you MEYERS ORGANIZATION! You can use whatever "excuse" for that girl's termination you want - the bottom line is you were called out on your greed & she was fired as a result. And that IS FRIGGIN' ridiculous! You suck! All the way from Atlanta, GA I despise you & your restaurant - isn't the internet a wonderful thing? hahaha! Have fun...hope that $83 was worth your franchise fee you greedy bastards! I'm writing to McDonalds HQ & I bet there are boycotts all over the country in protest of this by the weekend. I hope Heather ends up owning her own McDonalds with the lawsuit money or better yet - the very store you own now - when McDonalds takes it away from you or gives it to Heather because you go bankrupt. The karma bus is on the way.... :)
