Dan C had the service for ants in our house after we had second time services. He was great and professional.

Kevin Foster arriv d for an initial service call the same day I enrolled as an Alterra client. He was well informed about the various agents he utilized and able to counsel me on safety for my grandchildren and dog. He inspected the property throughly and explained his return in 30 days. Kevin was professional and courteous. Everyone in the company has been impeccably focused on service. Congratulations!

Wow! They hire the best. These folks are courteous and helpful. They are extremely polite and did a great job recruiting me to become a customer. The service is stellar! I have completed my second round of treatments and they called as requested and while here, Dan C. was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even went after some angry wasps making a home in my fence!! All in a day's work with them! Dan did not even bat an eye. Great Job! I look forward to our partnership. Keep up the good work!

kevin and Steve B arrived right on time today for my first treatment with Alterra. They were both very professional and polite. They explained the treatment and were very knowledgable. They did a great job in taking down three wasp nests that were in difficult spots on the house! I was very happy with their thorough service!

Andre arrived on time, and did a great job of explaining the work that would be done. He went out of his way to get at some carpenter bees that have been giving us problems. As we also found with Cory, the salesman, Andre was very polite and patient with our questions.
