I very much appreciate the level of customer service I receive from Ackerman Security. The last time I called their office I spoke with Denise and she was outstanding. I appreciate their courteous service.

Ackerman Security is the definition of excellent customer service. I recently worked with Jannine in transferring from Broadview. Broadview provided me with less than poor service and I cannot believe I was with them for over 5 years. Jannine eased my worries with becoming a new Ackerman customer. She responded to my emails and went above and beyond to assist me. I wish there were more companies with staff like that of Ackerman’s out there. I recommend this company to all!

Multiple billing issues was transfered around and around everytime I called.

We live in the North Metro Atlanta, my fiance works nights which means that I am at home by myself at night. Last April we went with a different home security system and for the past few months have had several issues. There have been several weeks that I've gone without the system working and I have had to wait several days for someone to even come out to look at the system.



THEN WE CALLED ACKERMAN..... Mr. Pete came in, gave us the information for the new system and got us set up right away. He had us scheduled for installation the very next morning. Then it got better! As we finalized the agreement the installer caller, he made some adjustments in his schedule and was able to come out THAT MORNING! I didn't have to go one more day without being protected. THANK YOU!!!!! Nothing is worse than feeling unsecure and with Ackerman I don't have to feel that anymore.

Just the last couple of issues after install. DSL did not work. Next day after 2nd installer came out and $20 DSL working NOW phone not working!!! Do not use Ackerman!!!

WOW the numereous issues to keep this short I'll only mention the last couple! After install DSL did not work. Next day after 2nd installer came out (and $20) DSL working...BUT now phone not working!!! Stay away from these guys to bad I didn't do my homework before calling them. Their rating on this site is wrong...read the rest of the reviews.
